Bravo Heating & Air installed a brand new a/c unit for us in 2018 and the experience was great! They were professional, walked us through the process, and very prompt with their service and visits. We recently had a call from our residents living in that same house and Bravo Heating & Air took our call on a Sunday & had a technician out within 2 hours. Not only were they prompt, they sent texts and email receipts of our scheduled service, updates and receipts. I also texted with Jorge and he gave me a play-by-play on the issue, the means to correct that issue, and what to do in the future in case anything happens. I'm super impressed with how involved they keep their customers and would use them any time in the future!

We had another company come out and look at system and needed a fuse replaced in our unit. After looking at our system, they tried to scare us into $6000 worth of work. We called Bravo and Jorge came out to give us a second opinion. He spent an hour going through our system, and only found a valve that needed to be tightened. He gave us some options if we wanted to upgrade our system. We felt so much better and felt like we were being treated fairly and that he was very honest with us. I would highly recommend them for any future work.

I had a small a/c repair, but the serviceman took care of it quickly. he was very professional and explained everything to us. He also offered some maintenance tips. We will certainly keep your number handy for any future a/c maintenance needs.

Bravo came quickly and replaced the capacitor - under warranty and got our A/C back up and running! (Note that I did have to pay the service call fee.) I've used them before and they do a great job at a great price.

They did a fabulous job. They responded quickly and worked very professionally. We had been dealing with another company and were on 4 days with no AC in late May. Outside was high 90s. We decided to find another company and Bravo was there. They were supposed to start the work of replacing our AC in the morning but they had to push it back to the afternoon. So a representative brought us a portable AC to keep us cool until they could complete the work. That small act right there made my week. They’re hard working, efficient and clean up fully after complete. I fully recommend them for all HVAC needs.

Great experience beginning to end.
Jorge was very thorough in the estimate process, addressing all our questions and explaining everything in detail. He also then worked with us to secure the brand of AC system we wanted. Cost was reasonable (not lowest but also nowhere near the highest) and the installation was done on time, with little disruption and no issues.

Everyone I spoke with was very professional and understood the urgency of my call as our AC was not blowing air and we had spent the previous night trying to sleep in a 87 degree home which was not a pleasant experience. They sent a technician out same day, which was a great relief. Once Frank arrived he was very courteous and efficient - in less than 30 minutes he had diagnosed and fixed the issue and we were on our way to have a comfortable home to sleep in that night. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone who asks.

Back story: My Compressor unit was continuously having issues a few months after my family moved into my house. After multiple repair men recommended by my home warranty company I was told that my system had extensive rust damage and was even shown where and how bad the Freon leak was. I received multiple quotes for builder grade equipment, and I was even quoted a system that was no better than the system installed. Upon further research I called Bravo.

About Bravo:Once the appointment was set I was skeptical from the start before I even met the Bravo employee sent to my house to assess my system. Once Alex showed up, I was greeted by a well dressed, well mannered and respectful man who asked me questions I had no idea pertained to my system. After showing him my entire system Alex showed me that before coming, he had done the research to see the BTU load my house required. He brought out his own computer to prove it as well as quote me any system that I asked about. He also informed me about how much they appreciate veterans business, as myself and my wife are both military veterans. Of course I informed him I would need to get additional quotes to make sure I get what I want.

I’m the coming days, I had multiple questions and adjustments at odd hours of the night and was greeted by nothing but appreciation and respect. But the seller for me? Alex was the only rep that did research on my house before he met me. The only one to take the time to make me feel like my business mattered. I requested quotes from 4 of the top rated AC replacement companies in my area and not one but Alex came as prepared or offered me as good a deal.

In conclusion, Bravo was the best decision I have ever made on an AC company. The professionalism, knowledge, and workmanship were bar none unmatched. Would recommend to anyone. They may be a little more than your average AC company, but you’ll never have to worry about it again once the work is done.

The folks at Bravo have truly been 5 stars for my Alzheimer's parents this last hot summer. First they were able to diagnose and create a work around so my parents only had to be out of the house briefly (while the needed part was ordered and received). Second, they did the new part installation quickly minimizing the impact to my parents again. Their efforts are greatly appreciated!

Prompt and professional. Bravo saved me from the heat a couple of times last summer. We made the decision to buy a new unit and I am thrilled! No more noisy compressor when I'm sitting on the patio, much lower monthly bill, $1100 rebate from CPS and then a tax credit of $600 from the IRS. We just purchased our home last year and thought we had a little more time before our ac units went out. We didn’t. Both units were shot. Bravo was actually the first company we called, Jorge came out and told us what needed to be done. After checking out a few others we came back to them. Alex worked with us and gave us a great price for both units. Jorge was was extremely professional and punctual. He and his crew did such quality work: removing the old, rusty, moldy systems, installing the new ones, and doing some extra duct work in a room above the garage. They also installed the Remy Halo UV purifier to eliminate bacteria and viruses in the air and on surfaces. So glad to have this now. We are enjoying a cool house and breathing in clean air. Bravo! Call them, they’ll get it done.

Bravo H&A was quick to respond to my phone call. My AC put out tepid air on August 19 (hottest day yet of summer). I was scheduled for the next morning and Jorge Guerra came promptly, inspected components and diagnosed the issue (39 yr old original breaker). Jorge had the knowledge, professional equipment and expertise to make the repair correctly. After a while our thermostat registered 78 degrees vs. 83 degrees we endured for one night. My neighbors have hired a/c companies with multiple visits (and charges) and some still don’t have adequate a/c. One visit and done - I highly recommend Bravo!

Update: On 9/20/22 evening our garage was flooded by our A/C unit. I called Bravo and was scheduled for a next day service. Frank called and promptly arrived in the morning. He worked hard to clear an extremely clogged drain pipe and I am so grateful to have a go-to responsive, honest & professional company for our A/C and Heat system. Frank also gave us steps to help prevent a repeat of our clog - thank you Frank!

We have a very old heating unit so when it broke, we assumed we'd just be told it needed to be replaced. However Frank ran diagnostic testing and fixed the unit for a very reasonable rate, and also provided very helpful information for when we eventually will need to replace the unit.

We had an AC emergency and Bravo Heating and Air Conditioning were able to set an appointment for the same day. Service was professional and diagnosed quickly. We had AC back up in a very short time! Highly recommend Bravo!

I was very happy with Bravo. Frank was extremely professional, courteous, and informative. He took the time to answer my questions and I felt like he went above & beyond to provide excellent customer service. There are a ton of AC companies to choose from in San Antonio that all provide similar services, but the thing that sets the good companies apart are their people. I will definitely use Bravo again.

Jorge and Frank worked late in the afternoon on a Friday to get my heater working so that my family and I could be warm during this January cold front. Jorge provided multiple options and quotes without pressuring unlike the bigger names in the market. Bravo operates their business the right way.

I had two quotes prior to calling Bravo telling me that I need a completely new system costing upwards of $15k. I wasn’t convinced I needed a whole new system so I called Bravo and they came out quickly and assessed my AC and told me I just needed one replacement part and we set an appointment on the spot. He didn’t nickel and dime me and was very fair, honest and professional. Would recommend to anyone!
