Had total system replaced couple of years ago and could not have been happier with the prompt service, price and install! Just came out for maintenance and again, excellent service and promptness! Only AC company for me!

I had Total Home Heating & Air service my AC, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were professional, honest, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my unit. Prior to calling them, I had contacted a larger company that tried to overwhelm me with an extensive (and very costly) list of supposed issues. Total Home Heating & Air gave me straightforward answers and excellent service, which I truly appreciate. Highly recommend!

Top tier service. I had a part break on my mini split and they were able to come complete the work within 24 hours of me calling and the parts were under warranty. Couldn’t recommend them more!

We’ve known Grant and the team from Total Home AC for Years. They’ve always done things correctly and quickly. We’ve tried some other companies, trying to save a few dollars and it usually ends up costing us money. One of my wisest good friends said to me, “If you pay peanuts, you get monkeys!” We don’t need more monkeys. We love these guys and have learned our lesson.

If you’re looking for a professional, genuine, accountable A/C company, look no further. Total Home worked with us to get a unit fixed that had a bad coil. Did not push to replace with a new unit but despite the age of the unit were able to replace our old coil at a fraction of the cost with a new one. The job was done thoroughly and professionally. Grant and his crew explained every step before, during and after install. Will definitely keep them as our A/C company.

Grant and his team are amazing! Prompt response to request for service and on time for service appointment. Great communication and clear explanation of issue and plan to repair. A/c quit on me during these hot summer texas nights. Total home came to the rescue the next day and had the a/c working in less than an hour! Bradley was very professional and helpful. Great service. Would use them again.

From coming out and giving us an estimate to the completion of the work, each employee was courteous, respectful and on time. They did a fantastic job, and when the work van left, you would have never known they were in our home for a full day. The work areas were spotless and not on bit of trash left behind. Communication was excellent from scheduling to completion. If you want a top notch company working in your home, you found them.

Very easy to work with. Quick response time. I feel like they give us options and solutions to help with all our AC and heating needs. They have after hours service and they are very reasonably priced. From now units which they put in for us and maintenance. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Sorry don’t have another google account, Customer service was incredible! Needed to get my house AC serviced. They arrived on time, I wasn’t waiting all day like other companies in the past. They showed me what my starting situation was with photos and photos after. They were very patient with me and did an incredible job. They knocked it out in a timely manner and did not skip steps or try to rush through the job. I felt like they went through the entire HVAC system and gave each section the attention and time it needed and communicated with me after testing and servicing each section. Super knowledgeable and were educating me as well on future care.They definitely worked very hard and I would absolutely recommend them to any of you out there who are unsure about who to choose. In the past I have felt other companies jobs were rushed and right away they would try to sell me maintenance subscription plans before they even checked my entire system. These plans are outrageously priced as well. I am super satisfied with the care and service they provided. Earned my future business for years to come for sure!

I’m usually pretty skeptical of companies that have perfect or almost perfect reviews. I always think they’re one of those that beg customers for good reviews or pay for them. But this place has definitely earned their stars. The person I spoke to when I scheduled the appointment was super nice. The two guys that came to fix the AC were great! They were very professional and courteous. They fixed the issues fast. And my landlady was extremely happy with the price. I know if we ever have issues in the future she’ll want us to go with them again.

Had a small water leak that was quickly growing into a large water leak above my water meter in the front yard. REC was quick to respond and took care of the issue in a timely and professional manner. Very happy with my experience. I would definitely use them again, and would recommend their service to others.

This company is great! Scheduling online was super easy and their communication is good. Gus was very kind and knowledgeable. Service was quick and our dryer is very happy!

Had the vent service 2 weeks ago. Dryer is working perfectly. Vents had lots of clothing lent and a bird tried building a nest. Very professional and fast.will recommend and will be calling them in the future. Thank You

Truly outstanding company! We had a birds nest blocked a dryer vent on the third floor. They got me fit in the next day, and not only did they clear the nest, but they identified two different installation errors, fixed them both, explained it all to me, and all for a very fair and reasonable price. Gus was phenomenal. Best money I ever spent on home maintenance! Highly recommend them!!

OUTSTANDING! I would give Gus 6 out of 5 stars if possible. He responded to my inquiry quickly, was a consummate professional, and LISTENED to what I had to say and what my concerns were. He did not try to sell me on anything that I did not need, and took time to explain everything about the service.

I would ABSOLUTELY recommend San Antonio Dryer Vent to anyone that needs HVAC and/or dryer vent service!! He will be the only call I make if I need service in the future!
