One of the best experiences I’ve had with a repair technician coming to my house. He was professional, and he knew what to do at the most reasonable price. I was very pleased with his work and feel he help reduce the risk of having a fire from a clogged dryer vent.

Gus arrived promptly, got to work immediately, and had our dryer vent cleaned in under 45’. Very friendly and professional. He’ll be our go to person the next time we need it cleaned. Thanks Gus.

Our dryer vent had been clogged up for sometime but due to our demanding schedules we hadn’t had an opportunity to make an appointment. Yesterday I called a number of businesses, where I was promted to go online to schedule, the business page appeared they had an opening that day, so I scheduled, but to my dissatisfaction, I received a call 20 minutes later and they offered to reschedule a week later.
I ended up calling a few others until I got to Gus with San Antonio Dryer Vent, who may have initially rescheduled, but I think he heard it on my voice and offered to show up that day. From the time he arrived until the time he departed, he was professional explaining the process and cost upfront. He was pleasant and cheerful, even on that hot day on the roof. We didn't mind paying for the higher cost of knowing he had done an honest- and great work and not the $75 I was looking to pay with the other organization.

I contacted Gus about cleaning our Dryer Vent and he was able to come the next week. He arrived within the time window he gave me and let me know when he was on his way. He listened to my concerns about the vent going to the roof. He was thorough and did a great job from what I could see. Our dryer is working a bit faster now to dry a load - about 5 - 10 minutes. Guy did a great job on the dryer vent cleaning and was very polite too. He was able to come out 2 days later and the price ($140 including tax) was fair. We were afraid it would cost extra because it had been several years since it was cleaned but it was the same price.

They came and quickly cleared the vent for a very reasonable price. He diagnosed and fixed the problem that was causing my dryer to overheat. Reasonably priced. The other company I used didn't even tell me the correct builder codes for the vents. Don't use anyone else. Gus is fantastic.
