It was easy to book online. Upon arrival he was very polite and during the process explained what he was doing. At the end he showed pictures to see how much lint came out and he adjusted my hose from the dryer because he said it was causing some additional drying problems. I will absolutely use them again.

The service provided was exceptional. We did not realize just how important it is to keep dryer vents clean, especially those that vent to the roof. Our brand new dryer was taking an extremely long time to dry our clothes. We found out that the vent had not been cleaned for over 20 years and the large amount of accumulated lint was blocking the vent. We highly recommend this company. They use the correct tools to properly do the job and even guarantee their work.

My dryer vent goes up two stories to a roof vent. It was severely clogged to half of the pipe diameter. Now it's clean and my dryer works perfectly.
I will now have San Antonio Dryer Vent come back biannualy.

Arrived early. Great service. I had already tried my best on my vertical vent and got a bunch of lint out, but a boat load more got removed. Happy to have my clothes dry in one cycle now!

Gus is great! We’ve been using SA Dryer Vent for years for maintenance and repairs to our dryer vent system. When we first hired him he was able to accurately diagnose and fix issues that previous companies were not able to diagnose. He does quality work at a great price and we couldn’t recommend him more!

They did a great job. They went up high enough to see the dryer vent was stuck partly closed and removed a screen. They cleaned the vent and dryer of lint and now it drys cloths a bit faster.

SA Dryer and vent (and Gus) are AMAZING! Been using them to service my dryer for 3 years and they do an incredible job not only with the dryer but in making sure all connections and vents in attic are attached properly. Top notch!

I had a metal roof installed couple of years ago, and they did not reconnect the dryer vent from the attic to the roof. It was a year before I even knew it was not connected. The roofer would not return my calls. I had called several companies, no one could help me or knew who could do that type of work. I went on-line and found San Antonio Dryer Vent. He came and reconnected the vent, and he also cleaned out the dryer vent line. He was punctual, professional and got this job done for me. My neighbor had the same thing happen to them with their metal roof, and I recommended SA Dryer and Vent to them.

Very upset customer , my dryer was working 100% fine until I made the mistake of reaching out to maintenance my dryer . Came in to “clean” stated everything was good . Then my next wash day the following day I notice my dryer is not heating up it’s giving cold air vs heat now and it was working fine up until then .

Reached out to see when he can come back as I was told there a 30 day guarantee but has not responded yet and wasted my $140.00 when I was told it was $125 and now going to have to reach out to another company to fix this ,so I basically paid for him to mess my dryer up . Would not recommend unfortunately !

Could I clean a dryer vent by myself? Sure. Do I want to? Not particularly. San Antonio Dryer Vent made this such a pleasant and stress free experience. Gus was so polite and thorough, and communicated all timeframes on the day of service. It was really helpful to be able to schedule a date and time right through the website without any back and forth over the phone. We'll definitely use his services again!
