Zach was thorough, professional, personable, & knowledgeable in performing the semi-annual maintenance service our A/C unit. He provided some insight & practical recommendations for keeping our unit operating efficiently.

I have had a maintenance plan for several years with this company. I highly recommend them. They are always on time, super nice folks, knowledgeable at their job, and if there happens to be an issue, they are prompt to get it taken care of.

The prompt response on a Sunday was fantastic. I called in at 9:00am that morning and a technician was at my home by 12:00pm. They were very friendly and extremely thorough in going through their diagnostics. Would definitely recommend.

The gentleman who assisted my wife and I was George. He was professional and answered all our questions. My wife did her homework when she chose this company, and we have been very satisfied with the work done. We had HVAC units installed - workers installed it and looks great! I just had a new Heat pump system installed by classic. The compressor was making loud noises so Brandon came out and assessed the unit and said it needed to be replaced. Within two days I had another new compressor and I can barely hear it at all now. I did get the added "hard stop" to keep my lights from going dim every time the unit kicks on. It works quite well keeping the electric system from fluctuating throughout the day. Overall I am really pleased with this company. I had 8 quotes from 8 different companies and Classic fit my needs better. They were also the only company that offered a two year labor warranty and a two year bi annual maintenance included in their package. I was even able to get a rebate from CPS. Thank you Classic Services! 😊

We've used Classic Services for over a Decade now. They service ALL of our rental properties that we manage, and the tenants consistently give them 5 star reviews on our internal followups.

The best example I can give is, we submitted a work order on a Saturday morning at 8am for an a/c issue, and it was resolved and the invoice received by our team before 11am that same day.

And the thing is, they repeat this scenario consistently, 100 times a year for us.

When it comes to scheduling seasonal services, Patti never fails, and she keeps up to date with any tenants that may not answer right away. This is huge, our staff loves it!

Miller Cooling and Heating redone the a/c unit in my mother’s house last year for the best price he was able to give us and we have not had any problems at all with their services. His prices are so good I Even had them repair One of my friends house that was a SEVEN HOUR DRIVE AWAY! And the only difference it cost me was the gas money. Great honest and fast service.
