I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Classic Services. Mitchell W. was our Certified Service Tech. Our A/C went out, after 5pm, on a Friday. So the fact that he even responded and came out, is in and of itself, an A+. His quick response and professionalism was amazing, too. He knew exactly what the issue was, and fixed it. The other A/C Company that came out, basically put a bandaid, on a major issue. Thank you Mitchell and Classic Services.

Service was great, installation took all day. Technician was very competent , informed us all the way. Cost was very high and new work cost more than initially communicated. $99 for a thermostat is too high. Job could not be completed in a day due to flood stop installation. I have not received any manuals or warranty documents's and I want you to send those to me.

The tech was very pleasant and even helped me to identify a leak in the roof that was dripping on the system. He checked out the system and allayed my fears that’s the water luckily wasn’t affecting any system functions. Their annual plan is great as well!

My AC stopped working suddenly after hours of course. I called their main line, told them what the symptoms were. Within 35 minutes a technician was at my door and within the hour he had found the issue and got the system up and running again.

Zack went the extra mile as we had power outage. He returned same day to complete his thorough inspection. He's polite, professional.

We had Classic A/C perform a full install as part of our new home construction. We had Alex C. conduct our first full maintenance and he was fantastic, he arrived on time and took his time to check everything. He explained all the checks in detail and made recommendations based on different situations such as extended warranties, air scrubbers, or simple things we can do for allergy sufferers, etc.

We relocated back to Texas in 2020 and from a referral have used Classic AC ever since. They just completed winter service with Alex who did an outstanding job. Professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable with great advice. Highly recommend them. Bob Keller

I spent some time searching for HVAC companies (reading customer reviews, advertising, etc.) that service homes in San Antonio because my existing unit was approximately 13.5 years old and I've been seriously considering replacing it. After speaking with a few companies, I found Classic Services Air Conditioning & Heating and received a quote for the replacement along with additional attic insulation (adding more loose fill for a higher and compliant R-value, as my home is over 20 years old and hasn't had any additional insulation). The technician I worked with (Zach) was very professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions without making me feel pressured or obligated to go with their company (as some of the other companies did). After reviewing a few quotes (Including theirs), I decided to go with Classic Services because of my overall experience with them (They were much more detailed than the other companies when they first came out to provide a quote) in addition to their pricing. Regarding the work, they said it would take a full day for the install and several hours for the attic insulation, which they were spot on. The technicians who came out to do the work were also very professional, friendly, quick, and knowledgeable (they answered all questions I had pre and post install), which continued to add to my overall experience making it that much better. The main technician I spoke with during and after the install was very thorough and asked if I would like to inspect the area, unit in my attic, and the condenser unit outside after they finished, which I did. Something else that was included during the install was having their supervisor inspect the work post install, to ensure nothing was missed, which also added comfort knowing they took the time to review everything once the work was completed. They did exceptional work and I am very happy with the new HVAC system I chose (Daikin Fit). If you are considering a new HVAC system, I would highly recommend including Classic Services Air Conditioning & Heating when searching for quotes and comparing companies to work with.
