Exceptional Service and Price. The capacitor went out on my AC, and C & J Air Conditioning came out the same day and diagnosed the problem and replaced it for a quarter of the price I was gouged for 7 years ago for the same issue.I strongly recommend using C & J for your HVAC needs. They will be my go to company for future use.

Ryan and Stephen arrived exactly at the appointed time and I had a "heads up" from Leslie that they were on their way. Their bid was detailed and options were given. The work was performed with attention to detail and in the manner that was explained on the bid. An excellent work ethic and respectful manner toward our home and persons added to an excellent job.

Didn’t go with them for HVAC replacement. Rep was too brief and vague in their offer. Albeit, they might be a good company, I was not sold on their solicitation. Went with Champion AC. Their rep spent 4+ hours answering all of my questions.

C&J Air helped us out quickly. They evaluated our current system to determine if it could be repaired. When it could not, they recommended three options of a new A/C.

It's been a few days since our installation of a new system and enough time has gone by to be able to say that we couldn't have chosen a better company to assist us in this decision. Yes, there were other quotes, but it seemed that all others wanted to profit off of the cost of goods of equipment that, in reality, didn't cost anything extra to install compared to much less expensive equipment. Therefore, after receiving other quotes and thinking that we would have to settle for an inferior unit, C&J made it easier for us to purchase the top-of-the-line system that we thought we weren't going to be able to afford. Coming from a 22 year old system, anything would probably have been better so you can imagine the sound of our jaws hitting the floor when we saw that we could purchase a system that far exceeded what we thought we would have to settle for. We have used C&J Air for over 20 years and have been very satisfied with their professional, friendly and responsive service. They kept our old unit unit running smoothly, but replaced with a new unit when we were ready to get rid of the old unit and buy a new one from them. Always pleased!

How many businesses encourage you to spend less than you were willing to spend? C&J explained all of the various options very clearly. I asked for their recommendation and they suggested the lesser cost option! This is great customer service. Further, they arrived exactly when they said they would and completed the job ahead of when I thought they would.They took extreme care to respect our home and the finished work was immaculate. All in all, they were the best choice of the many HVAC companies who were courting our business.

C & J Air Conditioning has provided great service & quality installation for us for over 5 years. They're very knowledgeable & trustworthy. They use Carrier equipment & maintain it twice a year.

C&J has been servicing my house since we purchased in 2013. Additionally they service several of my family members. Anytime we need service they respond immediately and have someone onsite to troubleshoot. They recently replaced my indoor unit after finding a leaking coil. Now we are enjoying our low electric bill! A great family business providing great customer service. C&J is who we trust and refer to our family and friends.

This is the second time I have used C&J to keep my older Carrier system functioning. Both times they were prompt, courteous and professional. Lindsay kept me in the loop as to when the technician was going to be on site, and when they arrived they resolved the issues with my system quickly. Stephen, the tech that worked on my system was professional and knowledgeable.

Paul G. worked on my 'dead' A/C system and got me up and running in no time. He checked out my system and serviced it entirely and took the time to even cleaned out my outside unit of all the dirt and grime with a garden hose. During every step he took, he kept me informed of why and what he was doing to my system, which really helped me to understand my home system and it's quirks. Update review:
My 9 year old AC system developed a leak that was extremely difficult to find and required the worst kind of repair. The leak was located in the house foundation, which by itself is not really repairable. C&J provided me with an option that at first seemed like might be a very expensive option. However, I was presented with a quote that was very fair and a method of repair that should last for the foreseeable future. Carlos and JR did the work and did a fantastic job. It was a very difficult job that had a couple of obstacles that they easily overcame and restored my AC. Really appreciate their work and good spirits while doing this tough and “dirty” job. Still can’t figure out why Carlos, a 6 foot 2 man wanted to get in the attic and do the hardest part of the job 😜. Thanks C&J for sending me your ‘A’ team to get my system up and fully functioning again!!!

I have been a customer of C&J for over 20 years. I have always been satisfied with their service. Randy and Ronnie, and now Ryan are always there if there is a specific problem that needs addressing. Lindsey is always very easy to work with when scheduling appointments. I always purchase the spring and fall tuneups, which keep my systems working properly.

C&J kept our old system going for 17 years, long after most other systems would have died and then installed our Carrier system seven years ago (2018). Ryan and Carlos and the other technicians have provided excellent service for us.

C & J Air Conditioning & Heating Co. did a minisplit in garage and later put a complete HVAC system in the upstairs section of our home. One small hicup and excellent equipment and service. highly recommended.

Carlos just completed the Spring maintenance on our air conditioners. He was polite, personable and efficient. He explained an issue I asked about in detail. I will definitely request Carlos for any maintenance or repairs in the future.

We are on a yearly maintenance schedule and were told that the A/C motor was showing amperage issues. C&J (tech - Nate) said it could last a week or a year but the amperage issue means that there is a problem. This was last Friday. They replaced it today (Monday). C&J has handled our air conditioning for 25 or more years. Great people, service, and reply time. Could not be happier.
