We initially scheduled a pre-home inspection that couldn't be completed due to weather conditions. Unfortunately, through a series of miscommunications, our outdoor unit wasn't inspected before we purchased our new home, which left us with a false sense of security about the system's condition.

When issues arose requiring immediate attention - including TXV valve and defrost board replacements - this company truly stepped up. Not only did they respond promptly to address our urgent needs, but they also went above and beyond to make things right regarding the initial miscommunication.

Dusty is the man! He arrived quickly and wasn't bothered by our dog. He was able to assess and repair the heater in what seemed to be 15 minutes. I highly recommend MD Air!

I called MD Heating and Air with an A/C issue, and they were able to come out in less than 24 hours — huge relief in this Texas heat! The technician, Dusty, did a fantastic job. He was professional, thorough, and explained everything clearly.

He started by checking the unit in the attic to see if it was frozen, then inspected the capacitor. After narrowing it down, he discovered the issue was with the fan motor. I’m really impressed with the level of service and how quickly they got it diagnosed.

Their service techs are Very knowledgeable, thorough, Professional and Friendly.
We had to replace our 20 year old unit a few years ago. They were very helpful in helping us get the correct unit for us.
We use their semi-annual check up / maintenance plan.
Again, they know what to do and how to do it.
Kathy is very kind and helpful with scheduling, and always a pleasure to chat with.
They definitely get an A-Plus !!

We were referred to Airtegrity by a friend who had a good experience. Their quote was almost $2000 less than another quote we got from a different company. A couple of days later we had a brand new ac system. We got the brand we liked and the guys doing the install did a great job.

A customer for two years beginning with a completely new system in my 75 year old remodeled home. They solved many problems and responded to my calls for help.First class staff always quick and competent. I don't make many endorsements but this one is well earned.

The level of professionalism and prompt service was exceptional! We received text alerts and email alerts letting us know when they were in the way. Communication was outstanding! New thermostat and fixed AC… now we are the cool kids! Literally, it’s nice and cold in our house now.

We needed help with a house we recently purchased (the AC was not able to keep up with the setting - it was getting HOT!) and they gave us options and talked us through what could have been happening with the system. They did some work that allowed our system to keep up. They were responsive on the phone and timely with arrival to our home. They were also respectful of the space and to our dogs. We were satisfied with the work and professional quality of the people at airtegrity.

Brandon was very informative and took care of my spring tune up with care. He showed me pictures of the work when he was finished and helped set me up on Airtegrity’s maintenance plan for future service. I can’t recommend Airtegrity enough.

Having A/C issues was very overwhelming! Yet, Airtegrity made the process seem a breeze. Beto took the time to explained the fault in my A/C system and walked me through the whole process. Will definitely used them again in the future and recommend to friends/family. The company is very affordable and has great customer service.

I am pleased with Airtegrity and their services provided. I had gone through some AC issues early April where my home warranty company sent out another AC to do the assessment and priced the repair very high. I was able to get my home warranty to cut me a check after I had Airtegrity give me an estimate for a fraction of the cost. Not only did they fix my problem but they were able to replace the HVAC system with a better quality system which So far is working great. Frank my service guy is very professional respectful and very informative. I intend to keep Airtegrity as my AC company.
