Top-notch company, Franscisco was a man of his word and did everything he promised and more. I normally don’t write these reviews but this company bent over backwards to help us and gave us a great deal, great service, always on time and actually did what they said they would do which is very surprising today in our economy, especially since most AC companies take advantage of people. With Airtegrity comfort solutions, I really felt very confident and reassured with them in our home. I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me everything because it made a profit for them except they listened to my needs. Our system is awesome and our house has never been this comfortable.

I found Airtegrity through Angie's List. Ryan responded within a couple minutes and had a tech on site within hours on a HOT summer day. The tech communicated with me that he was in route. Frank was excellent! He found the issue quickly and fixed it, but still inspected the rest of my unit and made sure it was functioning properly.
His knowledge and customer service definitely made me comfortable with the repairs he made.

Brian did an amazing job on assisting my family. Airtegrity team installed a new HVAC system and was very professional. Answered any questions we had and overall satisfied by the process. Great value and great work! Thank you!

I have been very impressed with the work performed by Airtegrity. I had two new units installed by them last summer, and then recently some follow up maintenance work. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. I can strongly recommend their services.

My AC furnace was from 1993 and it was time for a new one but I wanted to get a good deal. 3 of my family members had bought AC units from Bryan so I thought Ok they will take care of me. first of all meeting with Bryan was very comfortable and I felt he had my best in mind when he selected the appropriate unit for me. i received my military discount which I appreciate. the very next day Shad arrived to install my unit I was anxious because Aramendia said I would have to get a contractor to fix door trim my self or pay 1500 to fix after they install unit.???? I mentioned if the unit would fit in closet to Shad he said I've installed many units this size I'll get it in there no problem. I was immediately put at ease. I even recommended to a neighbor who has the same small furnace closet and small house. super happy with finance terms and I am now enjoying my new unit. please don't wait, call Airtegrity immediately they are good guys.

Bryan from Airtegrity has been such a pleasure to work with. After getting a ridiculously expensive quote from another company, Airtegrity gave us a very reasonable price for replacing and repairing our systems. I really trust that they have our best interest in mind and not just turning a profit. The best part to me is how responsive they are, and spend as much time as needed to help you, without making you feel rushed or like you're being swindled. I will definitely use them from now on. Not only do they provide a service, but they then provide a follow-up afterwards just to make sure there are no outstanding issues and the work was done exactly how it should have been. I received an email to schedule a tuneup. I have called 3 times to ask if my semi-annual tuneup would be free since I purchased a new unit. Steven gets my info and tells me service dept would call me back, still waiting a week later. Unable to get a simple question answered so I can schedule a tuneup.

We were having our foundation repaired and the foundation company hit an AC line in the slab. The foundation company called Airtegrity out to look at the job and agreed to pay us half of the repair cost for the job.
Airtegrity scheduled the work, missed the first appointment (did not call or anything), rescheduled for the next day, showed up and said they could not complete the work that they had already came out to review and quote us on, scheduled a "supervisor" to come out and review, rescheduled the job because now the could complete the job and finally came out and completed the work.
Originally scheduled to be completed on a Tuesday and finally completed on Saturday. Not a big time difference except for I had workers waiting on them to be done at a cost of $400 per day. So the extra wasted time cost me more than freaking repair job! I could not in good faith recommend them because of their poor customer service.

Response to the Response: We understand that your people misquoted the job and even appreciate the fact that more urgent issues concerning homes where people are actually living came up. This still does not change the fact that you missed the appointment and did not call or message to let us know that the appointment would not be made. That is all it would have taken. You keep emailing me to leave a review so now you have your review.

Roberto, the technician was great. He explained the AC service( maintenance)that was done. Home is only 4 years old. Just wanted it checked. I like the payment method as well. Front office emails the invoice and customer pays online for services rendered and receipt is also emailed to customer. Paid in full. Highly recommend!

The technicians were very knowledgeable; they gave me some great tips I wish I knew of years ago and made sure all my questions were answered before leaving my home! I had a new AC installed the next day--thanks for the great service guys!

November 2019: Just had my unit serviced for the first time. My technician did a terrific job! I'm really pleased with the support & service.

June 2023: Nothing worse than losing cool air during the hot Texas 100 plus degree weather! My technician, Bryan, Fixed my AC issue--I'm just so glad he was able to come out the next day so I could enjoy cool air once again. Thank you!

The Airtegrity team is simply outstanding. Late afternoon I noticed water dripping from the condensate overflow tube. I assumed we were dealing with a frozen coil, so I called Airtegrity based on a friend’s recommendation. They had a technician out the first thing in the morning. Bryan quickly diagnosed a clogged primary condensate line drain, protected my cabinets around the affected sink, and blew out the drain line to get everything back to normal. While he was there he tested both systems, and let me know how much remaining life to expect. Could not have had a better experience. Honest, responsive and empathetic. Highly recommend!

Do Not support this business! You will regret it if you do. Francisco has the worst business ethic I’ve ever dealt with. He doesn’t return calls or texts for weeks at a time. At one point I was contemplating contacting a lawyer to get involved because I thought he’d taken my money and disappeared. His work isn’t great. Had to have another company come in and fix his mistakes . He left us high and dry. ANY other company would be better than this one. You’ve been warned!

If you are looking for honest and affordable HVAC work, (no matter how big or small) your only call should be to Airtegrity. Not only are they my first call for all my clients, but I also use them on my personal home. I know when I call them, I will always get professional, quick and transparent quotes and work completed. I would recommend this company to anyone needing an honest evaluation and professional repair. They are dependable and as the name says they provide the services with Airtegrity. They utilized a team approach with good communication with me and each other. Our situation was complicated. Thank you Bryan for recognizing a problem and fixing another. Called and had appointment set up between 10-1pm. Got a call at noon. Explained the issue. Tech said he didn’t have the tools and he would need to call his boss for a soldering kit. Said he would call me back. Never got a call back. I then called them back at 4pm. Secretary was very short on the phone and said she would pass the info along. Never got a call back.

Airtegrity did a great job. As my choices indicate, they were good quality, great value, very professional, responsive and on-time. I highly recommend them. We had our entire duct network replaced as it was an older home whose duct work was badly deteriorated. Their cost to perform the repair was far better than any of other three bids we received. We had enough money left in our budget to add on a Reme-Halo Air Purification device making our system much more healthy. As I say, I highly recommend them.

Francisco was great. They came highly recommended from numerous friends and colleagues. They came out next day, less then 24 hours. My ac wasn’t working and it was 90 degrees in the house and they had our ac up and running less then a few hours of them leaving. Awesome trustworthy company and would recommend them anytime.
