Airtegrity provided fantastic service! We needed routine service on our 2 ac units and they set us up quickly with an appointment. The technician arrived within the service window and made sure our units were good to go. He cleaned up after all of his work, kept our house clean, and was polite and courteous.

Service was scheduled on the day we requested, technician arrived promptly, and completed the work in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Airtegrity and their services where a great company to have service our air conditioning and cooling system needs for both our home and business. They were flexible, fast and efficient in getting us what we needed. Their prices were good and their technician was friendly and informative. They quickly showed us they were knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. If you are looking for a company that is reliable and affordable you should really give these folks a call. I will definitely be using them and there services going forward for our annual maintenance and other issues should they arise in the future.

I have had a couple of issues with the Nest Thermostat installed by them.

UPDATE: I was able to reach out Francisco who came and check my system. It ended being a defective thermostat, he was able to workaround the issue and let the AC working and coming back to replace the defective part. I appreciate him coming on Sunday, although their office is closed

After consulting with several techs for a smell caused by a ventilation issue in my office, these guys immediately detected the issue. I didn't think it was rocket surgery, but considering the previous talent perhaps it was. Most reviews are based on quality. This one will be based on time. Could not recommend more.

This company is having a minor problem, their growth is exceeding their ability to correctly manage said growth - this may seem unusual given the five star rating so I'll continue: When you initially deal with this company, take notes of everything you request so there's not any misunderstanding when you receive an estimate. Hopefully they'll resolve this issue quickly and new customers won't have any issue. That being said, there is no question that the owner of the business, Francisco, knows A/C installation and is an honest person. There is also no denying the professionalism and experience of his installers. My installer, Franco, did an outstanding job and he's the main reason I'm giving a five-star review instead of four stars. If Airtegrity can resolve some of the minor issues with communicating not only with their customer, but more importantly their billing and installation departments, they would be perfect.

It was difficult finding a local company who would replace air ducts. I was impressed with Airtegrity from the moment Francisco (the owner) walked through my door). My house, built in 1973, was in dire need of new air ducts. They had holes, lose joints, were filthy, and open to the attic in many places. Francisco knew exactly what to do, and began measuring and calculating for what our house needed. Turns out, our house wasn't balanced well, either. The installers were fantastic. On-time, professional, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves each day [the attic insulation gets everywhere!]. There was a minor problem regarding the grills and holes in the ceiling, but Airtegrity responded and fixed it quickly and without a fight. The ducts were installed in early November 2021, and we've now lived with them for just shy of three months. Our house has NEVER been so warm in the winter! The house is definitely balanced, now, and air flow is amazing, even at the far end of the long and thin house (the units are on the opposite end). We did also purchase a new 2-stage HVAC, though, but that's only partly responsible. Their fee was very reasonable for the amount and quality of work completed. Would definitely recommend Airtegrity!

We had an issue where our outside AC unit stopped working. Francisco originally installed our system a couple of years ago at a great price, and when we called him this time, he came out quickly to take a look.

The problem turned out to be a combination of a clogged drain and how the outside unit was draining. Francisco took the time to show us exactly what was going on, explained why it caused the failure, and walked us through what to watch for in the future.

He didn’t charge us for the maintenance or repair — just asked that we be better about filter changes going forward. As a small business owner myself, I really respect that level of integrity.

If you want someone who knows their stuff, explains things clearly, and treats people fairly, I’d absolutely recommend Francisco and his team.

We have been clients of Airtegrity now for 7 years. We first had our complete system replaced in 2019. They have serviced it since then. 2 weeks ago on the first day of the cold snap our heater motor decided to break. Bryan immediately came out within an hour to check the problem. Our motor needed to be replaced. Francisco, the owner, worked with us to set up payment plans. Money is tight for everyone these days. He was kind enough to help out. Bryan has always been our service repair technician. He has always been extremely kind and professional and always has a smile on his face. I highly recommend Airtegrity. You will be happy with the service you receive.

During the recent cold snap my heating went out on Saturday. C & J went up on the roof in the snow to find out what was wrong. They quickly discovered my heat exchanger was rusted through and needed to be replaced. I was in the middle of a going out of business sale and needed to get something done fast. By the next Friday they had located a unit, got the vendor to open their yard, arranged for a crane to lift the unit onto our roof, and then installed the unit. All this at freezing temperatures in the snow. On the next, Saturday just a week later, I was able to reopen for business. I should also add that over the years they have taken good care of all my HVAC needs at my business and at my home.
