Nate came to do the routine inspection before the summer. Nate inspected the units (2) in the attics first & while there he blew out the drains & poured white vinegar in them. He replaced the part that was needed. Very friendly & polite. I appreciate their honesty.

This company covers all bases when called into action. They have a very professional and competent staff. Lindsey the dispatch is fantastic; she doesn't miss a detail when it comes to taking care of our work requirements. Their pricing is in line with their competition, but the service is OUTSTANDING! They are on speed dial for all of my HVAC needs.

We just had our a/c inspected and serviced under our maintenance agreement. Technician was on time and very polite as always. The lady who takes calls is always friendly and prompt. I have had them service my last three homes and have never been disappointed. They do quality work without cutting corners at a fair price. Example: the a/c went out on our previous home which was a lot bigger than our present home and required a big unit. It had the original a/c unit which was over twenty years old and in place when the home was built. We got a quote from one of those companies in the coupon circulars we all get in the mail. The sales person came to our home and was very aggressive in trying to sell us the most expensive unit. I then got a quote from C&J. It was a much better price and we got a quality unit recommended by C&J. We then sold that home and I firmly believe that the new a/c unit added value to our home's sales price. You will not go wrong with this company and they are honest unlike some of their competitors. No reservations. You will not be disappointed.

I am a longtime customer of C & J Air & Heating. I just had them out to service my unit. They do great work and have been for a long time. I started using them in 1993(26 years) and have never had any issues with them. I recommend them if you have any needs. They have replaced two whole units for me. I bought a house and the AC/Heat unit was shot. They installed a new Carrier unit that lasted over 20 years. Their installs are great and they honor their warranties.

Just had service for the A/C for the summertime. The young man that came out was very thorough and did a great job. Hopefully we're set for another problem free summer season. He changed out the inside filter for me so I wouldn't have to get on the ladder. Great Company!

My Carrier AIr conditioner installed by C&J over 17 years ago finally quit on Thursday afternoon after providing good service all those years. A call to C&J Resulted in their tech arriving within an hour, determining it was beyond Economical repair, and providing a reasonable quote on a top of the line Carrier replacement system. By Friday afternoon, C&J had the new system, installed and tested, and Our house was again cool. I can even control the new system from my cell phone. I definitely recommend C&J for all of anyone’s AC cooling and heating needs.

I have been a long time customer of C&J Air Conditioning & Heating and have always received excellent, courteous and thorough service. My heating system stopped working and their representative, Stephen, quickly found the issue within the electrical box that supplies the blowers up in the attic. He showed it to me and it was clear the entire box needed replacing. He worked diligently for over an hour and got the job done and the heating back on. The cost was entirely reasonable, and, as a current customer, I received a discount. I highly recommend this company.

I cannot even remember how long I have been a customer of C&J Air Conditioning & Heating Co. Their responsiveness is the best part about it. I get quality, timely service from everyone concerned. Lindsey in the office is attentive and knows her customers with genuine care and understanding. The owners always help troubleshoot my needs for the best and most cost effective solution. And yes, Air and heat units do need care. Thanks Stephen for taking care of my recent tune up, and answering all my questions.

We needed to inspect and tune up the HVAC System in our newly purchased home, my wife did the research and identified C&J Air Condioning because of the high ratings on Google.
I called left message, Lindsay immediately returned my call, service was scheduled for next day.
Adam the technician arrived as scheduled and performed the Precision Tune Up and replaced the necessary parts.
Very impressed with the the response time and quality of service.

11 years ago, C&J installed an entire HVAC system for a house we were completely rehabbing, which was built in 1948 and had to be retrofitted with both AC and heating. We have continued to use them since for system maintenance, and for repair of the very few, minor issues over the last decade-plus. They are always extremely responsive, 100% reliable, communicative, always on time, and very professional. I have and will continue to recommend them with the highest praise and confidence.

What an amazing company! In an era lacking in customer service - C&J Company and staff are Rock Stars. After I received their estimate, I was impressed with the level of detail and ease of understanding of what I was getting for my investment in 2 new HVAC systems for my house. While not the least expensive yet very competitive - I went online and read the customer reviews. I was sold! Ryan and his team were amazing, knowledgeable and professional. No question was to small. I was so impressed with the entire process from estimate to install and follow up. Definitely felt like a valued customer. Thank you. I will definitely recommend C&J to others!

I was referred by 2 friends who used C & J and had amazing experiences when their AC was giving them problems. Unfortunately, my problem was not an easy fix like theirs, but I am still impressed with the company. They came the same day, diagnosed the issue, talked me through multiple options, gave me pricing and information about warranties. I will be having my entire outside unit replaced tomorrow (2 days after initial contact) with a much better warranty and I plan on getting their yearly maintenance program. JR (my tech) was very kind and made sure to help us "fix" this unit as best as possible until I could get my new one. So we were not miserable for 2 days, we have a nice cool house while we wait. Ryan was awesome at getting me information. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

We’ve worked with Christopher on our construction build-outs and commercial work with my company in Jupiter and he’s always been reliable, professional, and easy to work with. He shows up on time, communicates clearly, and gets the job done right.

We have moved twice in the last 10 years and at both residencies we needed assistance from C & J Air Conditioning. Both times they have been exceptionally courteous to us when they talk to us on the phone to make appointments and to discuss the issues of concern.
Recently we had a problem with our current home and Ryan send Nate to work with us and he took care of our problem inside the wall where one of the air conditioning pipes was leaking.
The work was done very well, and I would like to say that they are all very easy to work with from the receptionist to Ryan, who I believe is a manager and Nate the technician that worked on our Air Condition. All of them have very good, exceptional, professional customer service skills and the work is always done in a timely manner and always very well. I Recommend them highly.

Carlos did the semi--annual maintenance on my system. His technical skills and knowledge were superb. Carlos maintained a positive attitude through out the system checks. He was totally professional and keeps the house cool for the family. Outstanding job!

Moved to SA 19 years ago. After using a couple other a/c outfits the first year, we called C&J and have been using their services ever since, not only at home but at work. Honest, trusted, professional, quality equipment and workmanship. They recently replaced our a/c system with a new Carrier system at an extremely fair and competitive price. As a side note, we called C&J after an interim of 7 years and the same technician came out.

My air conditioner wasn’t cooling and I called C & J who installed my air conditioner approx 10 years ago. Within one and a half hours they had a service man “Nate” at my house. Nate was very respectful, friendly and informative. He immediately checked the air conditioner, found the problem and within an hour had everything completed and working again. Nate was absolutely one of the nicest people I have ever met and explained everything he did and why in terms that I could understand. I am completely satisfied with C & J Air Conditioning and will definitely call them in the future when needed. I highly recommend them.

Carlos, JR and Ryan did our replacement today and were wonderful. They are so efficient and tidy. Nothing was left out of place, everything cleaned up afterwards.
