Had my HVAC semi-annual service completed today. Sean was the service tech that came to my house. He did an awesome job! Very thorough! Explained everything very well. Cleaned the coils "the right way". Very courteous and considerate! I am extremely pleased with MD Air!

When it's hotter inside your house than the outside, life is miserable! Got a call from Kathy that there was an earlier opening so I took it. Dusty is the technician that came out. I have been using their maintenance program since then and have always received superior service. When you call you are answered quickly and scheduling service is a breeze. We have been a customer of MD Air for years and are more than satisfied!! The office staff is terrific and our service man, Dorian, is personable, knowledgeable, spotless, and professional. It is always a pleasurable experience speaking with Kathy and Paige (office) and having Dorian work on our unit.

MD air installed a mini split in my shop about two years ago, just had an issue with it not heating recently. Gave them a call and in a short time they arrived at my shop and had it fixed. Fixed under warranty and no charge for the service call or parts to repair. Would highly recommend them and a shout out to Manuel and his crew for being polite and explaining in detail how they repaired the unit.

This crew was punctual and thorough and respectful of our property. They double checked everything and the result has been quite good. We were very comfortable with them in our home and heartily recommend the company.

I had an emergency when a houseful of family arrived from South America and the a/c unit stopped functioning. As the temperature soared late Friday p.m., Paige and Kathy in the MD A/C office helped set up an early Sat a.m. visit by a very polite young man who was able to quickly diagnose the problem and replace a damaged part that had shut down the unit. I greatly appreciated the kind response by a very efficient team, and highly recommend this business for your a/c needs!

One of the things I appreciate most in a company is someone who answers the phone. The staff are very professional & keep me informed as to when the work crew will be arriving. Both Kathy and Paige have been wonderful.
Manuel and Sean from MD AC & Heating came out to replace a vent pipe in the attic. They were courteous and completed the work in less time than expected. I had several questions and Sean took the time to explain exactly what they did. He had a very good knowledge base of AC systems. I will definitely use them in the future.

MD Air conditioning is great! Called them in the morning and they were at my house in little more than an hour to fix my HVAC system when it was 20 degrees outside. Manuel was the tech and he was great. He explained and showed everything and had parts on hand. Great company and I highly recommend them.

We were without AC for over a week, and had 2 other technicians/companies come out and look at our unit both saying we needed drastic repairs or a new unit which would put us out potentially tens of thousands of dollars. Dan E. came in and found the issue within about 20 minutes. Neither of the previous techs thought to check the thermostat settings and turns out it was that easy. It had gotten reset to factory settings and was basically running in reverse. He fixed the issue and was friendly and helpful throughout.
