Our central AC system completely stopped working and thankfully we were able to find Air Rey. Thank you Carlos for being so helpful and seeing us the same day we called. They came out and got our central AC working in no time. I definitely recommend this company. They will work with you and get your AC working again.

If I could give this company a ten star review I would they are very attentive and professional especially their representative Alexandro Arellano he was very kind and explained the whole process we got a whole new system installed within three hour. Best company ever

In 2022, I went with your company to replace my AC. After several attempts to get the AC fix correctly again through you, the only answer I got was that it passed the warranty time. Don’t get me wrong they are really good selling the product, I’ll give them. But if you are thinking on replacing your AC, and not having to have any issues for at least 5 years, it’s not going to happened with this company. As now I have to go outside and look for a better way to fix the brand new unit to work properly. This has not only cost me almost $15k, but more than $500 to fix it and top of the damage of my ceiling. If I was you I wouldn’t go with the company unless they give you a full 10 year warranty including services. As this is not a fixture is a full unit you are purchasing!

HEB allowed Air Rey to solicit inside the store, and HEB does a great job researching vendors, so I allowed them to come to my home for an estimate. It's been over a month after the install and I am still delighted with the work and AC.
They came on a Saturday and did not leave until the installation was completed. With Alan Macias, you are in good hands.

Great service! Alejandro Arellano came to inspect our system when it felt like our AC was not cooling as it should. He informed us of the problems (which we have been having off and on throughout the last few summers) and recommended that we invest in replacing the entire system (which was 16yrs old). Financing options are available. He and his team came out in 2 days after and swapped out our inside and outside HVAC system. He was very kind and professional. Would highly recommend Air Rey for all your HVAC needs

Efraín did a great job! Fully explained everything he was looking at/for, the differences between our current unit and what we were use to at our old house. Didn’t rush through any of the troubleshooting. He was the 3rd guy to come out and take a look at our system - everything appeared to be functioning properly but there were some switched wires that he found and got taken care of.

Israel Morales helped my family and i from the begging of the estimate to the end of the installation. He has been great help great customer service, always available to assist with all the questions we had. Even after hrs late at night Israel wad there to answer our calls and assist us with learning how to work the new thermostat. Israel was very patient with my parents helping and explaining all the paper work and the installation process. I highly recommend this company thank you Israel for all your great help.

I called Alberto on Friday morning and he was here the next day! He got me set up with financing for new AC unit. His guys were here installing it on Monday on time, just as he promised! The men who installed my unit were awesome as well!

BTW, this is our second Home that we have purchased an AC unit for from Alberto.

Meet Carlos Trevino at traders village in San Antonio. Very professional and knowledgeable. He went to my house 2 days later and gave a good estimate on replacing the AC and Heater. The very next day they came and installed the unit. Very fast and highly recommend them.
