Flo Aire installed my new HVAC system in 2020 & all the duct work in 2021. Very fair prices without the gimmicky discounts most companies try to make you think are a "good deal". Since 2020, Flo Aire has come out twice a year per the maintenance agreement I purchased to check the system and ready it for spring/fall. I've also had them install a larger breaker outside to better handle the electrical pull. I'm very pleased with the services provided by Flo Aire and their customer service is always top notch - it's a great company to do business with!

We had Air Authority come out to check our thermostat, was not functioning. Was informed it was under warranty….. we said replace because of course it was hot!!
Well he did replace the thermostat and charged us $850.00, my question was warranty… all I can say buyer beware!!!! Unhappy customer…..

My air-conditioning went out at 5 o’clock in the afternoon and the company sent someone out to repair it that night. I believe this is incredible service.

Scheduled maintenance on two HVAC units. I would have given 5 stars but I had to call and schedule the service, even though I’m on a maintenance plan. Everything is working perfectly, I guess that’s what’s important.

Air Smith merged with Air Authority approximately about 2 years or so ago. After being with Air Smith for over 25 years, we had a lot of anxiety with a new company. However, my past couple of encounters with Air Authority have been wonderful. The customer service and professionalism is very much part of their company. They have welcomed us with open arms and it is very much appreciated. Dustin Jackson was great. He was super nice, sincere and professional. It is nice to meet their technicians. I enjoyed meeting him and having him conduct our maintenance on our unit. I highly recommend Air Authority because they care!
