I am a long time customer of FloAire and I highly recommend them. Their customer service reps are always on time, friendly, and explain what the process is in taking care of whatever is wrong with the unit. Pricing is always reasonable.

We have used Flo-Aire in a couple of our homes over the past 10 years and have always been completely satisfied. They are professional, knowledgable, friendly and customer centered. They carry only the best, highly rated HVAC systems and their installation is excellent. The most recent was a complete removal and installation of a 2 zone HVAC system in our residence which they completed in two days (one the first day, two the second) and we were only without A/C for a short period during the process. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC repair or replacement. (And no, I received no compensation for this review, I just want to recognize excellent service when I receive it.)

My A/C went out late last night. I called Flo-Aire early this morning and a technician had it restored by mid-morning. His thorough testing resolved several issues preventing having to make a return visit. After years of relying on Flo-Aire service, I highly recommend it.

This is the best a/c repair place in the city. They're are honest and know what they are doing. Reasonable prices.

Service technicians James Lunstrom and Margarito Hernandez arrived and detected and addressed the problem, explaining the process to my satisfaction. Hired Flo-Aire Service to replace my In-laws AC equipment. They were responsive, were prompt to schedule both an appointment for a quote and for the actual replacement. Ricky was great and overall Flo-Aire did an excellent job. We are very pleased and would highly recommend them for HVAC needs.

James was extremely professional and broke things down for me to understand about my unit. He listened to all of my concerns and questions along with my brother that was here in support of me. I received bad news on requiring a new unit as mine is almost 40 years old I would highly recommend Flo Air for your repair needs.

We’ve been using them for longer than I can remember. Currently one of our (EXTREMELY old) units is dead and I don’t understand all the logistics involved but to me, scheduling an install for a new unit within a few business days during the middle of a heat wave sounds like they moved heaven and earth.

Floaire service technician, Chris, inspected the heating side of my system. I decided to take advantage of their twice a year maintenance offering. Chris did the inspection and when he completed it he described what he inspected and how. We are happy with his knowledge and professionalism.

I’ve been using Flo Aire Service for my home for about 20+ years. They are always on time and professional. Today Chris was my tech for my annual maintenance. In his check of my outdoor unit, he noticed my capacitor was just about to go out. He replaced that for me. It seems capacitors always break on the hottest day of the year. I appreciate his attention to detail. Can’t go wrong using Flo Aire Service.

I have been using Flo-Aire for 30 + years and am so grateful they are still in business. I can always count on them to be thorough and honest. Today, the technician, Roger and Asst.. Mathew came out to do an annual A/C maintenance. They arrived on time with a friendly smile and got right to work checking all systems. Roger cleaned the condenser so well that it looked brand new. It is refreshing to see that they take pride in their work. I hope they will be around for many years to come......

From the time that Flo-Aire was called until the job was completed, it was nothing but satisfaction. This includes the office staff and the installers. All were very professional, courteous, very friendly and helpful. Timeframe for completion was superb, one day.
The guys were thorough and knowledgeable about the product. It looked they had not even been here when all done. They cleaned up the site very well. Best part air conditioning works greats. Would highly recommend.
