It's been almost a year, since Johnny and his guys came out to install a new EVERYTHING at the house, had the works done. (A/C, Heater, etc.) A representative came out on a Saturday evening, when my original unit went out and Johnny and his crew came out Sunday morning! They had everything done in just a couple hours! They were all professional and courteous.
And now a year later, everything is still running excellent!
I'm writing this review now because out of the blue I got a call from a CT rep saying they needed to do a check-up. Of course I said sure come over, they setup an appointment and Ray came to the house. This gentleman was super nice and very knowledgeable, he checked every inch of the inside and outside units, he finished up and gave me the great news that everything was optimal!
A company that does business in this manner will always get my praise! If your family is needing anything A/C or HVAC issues resolved, call on Comfort Tech!

Tyrone and Johnny were excellent. Very thorough, professional, respectful of home. Explained their findings and recommendations very clearly for both AC and Heating Units. Nice that they partnered with CPS Energy for this great perk for the free inspections, if qualify. Definitely would recommend

Are a/c went out at 3 in the afternoon.
They got out here fast . And got to work . It’s now 10 pm and they are still here getting it fixed . 100 % customer service .

The crew—Emmanuel, Ray, Fabian, and Giovanni—operated like a well-oiled “A-Team.” Each of them was respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. They communicated clearly, answered every question I had with patience, and left the workspaces clean and undisturbed. I especially appreciated having direct access to Supervisor Johnny anytime I needed more detail.

They did a great job. Very professional, courteous and kind. The price was very fair too. Great group of guys.

After having the first service from them from when the unit was installed in June, the bill did not go down and then was told that we would have to do more with the system. There are hidden fees and work that are not done at time of when they install. This experience has been a nightmare and I do not recommend this company anymore. Things are promised and not delivered and then they say you will need to spend more money. During the service of the unit, they said we need to update the ductwork that will cost around $2500. They knew what the system looked like when they sold the unit and said it will keep the house cold and everything was good with the duct in the house.
I will say they are keeping their promise for the other issues that were made. I hope they will keep their word on the service they will provide for those issues.

Jason was super professional and very polite. He explained in detail, the entire process, while he completely cleaned both the inside and outside units. He spent maybe 1-1/12 to 2 hours. I would recommend Jason for any AC concerns or regular maintenance.

I called Comfort Techs to come service my home for no heat during this last cold blast that came thru they were able to come out the same day and get my heat back up and running did not pressure me into replacing the unit instead they were happy to just fix the issue to get heat back in my home I also was able to get a water heater flush done with this company at a very low cost , I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends..
