Not really a review person, but this company did such a great job I just had to give praise where its due. My A/C gave out in the middle of the night, that morning I looked for A/C Repair Companies near me, and Premier Comfort was one of the first to pop up. After a call I had their Tech Mario at my door in an hour. He worked very quickly and was such a nice person to talk to. He fixed the problem and walked me through step by step what he did and the cost, very fair price. I highly recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Quick response time, excellent craftsmanship, and fair pricing. Mario was my technician and he was outstanding! He came in and fixed my system and I didn't feel like he was taking advantage of me with pricing. He was very trustworthy and explained exactly what he would be doing. They can count on my business again and would definitely recommend

STAY AWAY. Phantom billing, random charges, and they will sell your account to collections agencies without talking to you. Charged 3 hours and 5X the price of the thermostat to install it. Wouldn't talk to me about it and I had been a customer for years. Got too big I guess. Stay away or they will cheat you. $1000 for installing a thermostat. $50 thermostat, and 30 minutes of work. I would warn everyone to stay away.

A great young man came today to complete a repair on my AC/Heating unit that had not worked four 4 weeks. Getting the run around from maintenance here at Sunshine and a repairman from another company. I did not catch this repairmans name. He is an great asset to his company and also this community.

I had a great experience 5 years ago when they replaced one of my A/C unit coils. So it was a no brainer to see if they maintained their same level of service. From the appointment call the dispatcher was able to find a same day appointment. Daniel was the service tech, he was polite, professional, and competent. No hidden costs or trying to sell me some part or service that wasn’t needed. Upfront with costs and completed the service with no problems. Bottom line, 5+ years they have maintained their level of service and professionalism with me. I will continue relying on and calling PCS company for my A/C work.

The best costumer service I receive, very knowledgeable techs that came out to help with our issue, they were very fast Fast with the job. They were courteous and give me some guide tips to prevent issues down the road. Nothing else than I just want to highly recommend this company.

I cannot recommend this HVAC company enough. From start to finish, the entire experience was flawless. My AC went out on Saturday (holiday weekend), they came out concluded the system was in bad shape. Reviewed my options. Very professional and honest about my options. We decided to replace the system. They had a team come out Sunday for the installation. They were great, very professional, the work outstanding. They kept me update during the process. Sunday evening I had AC.
They went the extra mile to make sure we had AC right away and not several days later. They even tolerated Tiny (my cat) watching the inside work. When they finished, they cleaned up, made sure everything was working and answered my questions.

Prime Comfort Company that handles AC repairs. I contacted them to fix the prep table in my shop, but the work they did was not up to standard. When they told me it was fixed, I realized it wasn’t done properly. Every time I call them, they ask for more money for nothing, just overcharging and not providing good service.

The experience started the way it should, with punctuality. Technician Joshua arrived at 8am, just as he told me he would. After a brief discussion on what tasks and procedures were going to take place, he went right to work. I was kept in the loop as tasks were being completed and if there were any problems or concerns with my AC unit.

We had never had the duct work cleaned in 25 years in the house. The technician, Josh, was efficient and friendly. He explained the procedure and showed us the dirt that had built up. We are pleased with the service.

Every company I spoke to wanted to replace my system. Varsity Zone not only gave me the best price for replacement, but they were the only company to inform me of other options. I currently do not have the funds to replace. They got me up ad running for surprisingly little. When the time comes, I will be calling them to do the full replacement! Great customer service! Excellent communication. Honest people!!! I highly recommend.
