We had our AC go out during the night and called Premier Comfort to come service it. We were taken care promptly by the friendly staff and our technician Mario had our unit back up and running better than before. Me, my boyfriend and 2 dogs are grateful for the great service. I will definitely recommend them.

When everyone else was booked up for 1-2 weeks out they were the only ones who offered same day emergency and next day visit. Very professional and friendly along with keeping me updated with everything going on and no hidden fees. We'll be coming back to this company for sure. By the way our tech Jarid is the definition of what excellent customer service supposed to be.

Excellent services from the phone call to set up a service call to Ramon and Patrick performing the work on my geothermal ac and heating system. They are extremely respectful, knowledgeable and cleaned up when they were done. They explained the problem and had it running in no time. The price was less than I thought. My one stop heating and cooling repair shop. Thank You very much.

I’ve used premier comfort for my commercial hvac needs and to service and maintain my ice machine. The guys are always professional and on time. As a female business owner I feel I can talk to the techs and they help me to understand what I need and I feel like they hear me. I’ve not had that experience with a lot of companies over the years and it’s a welcomed change.

Premier Comfort's technicians are absolute pros! They came to my home, and in just one trip, they had my unit up and running smoothly. Their efficiency and expertise are truly commendable. Premier Comfort is my go-to for HVAC needs!

Had my AC die at 9pm last night and they had a technician, Patrick, out before 10pm. Patrick was very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue, informed me of the repair and the cost before he started, and informed me of preventative maintenance that I could do on my unit to prolong the life of the unit.
The price was way cheaper than I expected and my house was cool again before the whole family had to go to bed. While I hope this is the last of my AC issues for a while, when they do arise, I will be calling Premier first.

I really appreciate the way Premier Comfort responded each time I called for repair. Mr. Rudy was amazing-he went above and beyond the call of repair. He never complained, even though he had to make back to back visits due to faulty pipes placed in by home builders. Thank you Premier Comfort for working with me during this time of financial hardships. I will definitely be recommending this business to my friends!

Although the technician that came out to our home to troubleshoot our water sprinkler issue was courteous, we were first disappointed by the high quote of $500 to fix an issue that my husband would have fixed on his own if he had been here (he's military and currently not home). The technician indicated that a scheduler was going to contact us to schedule the next visit to repair the issue. I told him that I was going to talk to my husband about the repair and that my husband would decide how to proceed. We received no phone call from schedulers. The technician came and repaired the issue, anyway. Charged us $358 after my husband told them we had not authorized the repairs. Then, within days, we got phone calls from their office threatening to send us to a collection agency where our credit would take a hit. We still have a leak in our sprinkler system. I'll have to wait for my husband to come home and fix the issue and we're out $358. I can't recommend this company for irrigation system repairs.

Very reliable company with quick response time. Address all my issues. Technician Arnulfo was very informative was able to answer all my questions and concerns and was very handsome 😉

Mario was great and I give him 5 Stars. I diagnosed the problem before he ever got to my house. I used to be a Service Manager for K&S Heating/A/C/Plumbing in Rochester, MN. We also did flat rate pricing as this company does. The charges for certain service are way out of hand. $425 for a run capacitor is way out of line. Shop around before this company takes you to the cleaners. The part is $100.00 to be fair as it is the turbo one and $325 for 30 minutes of Labor. I won’t be doing business with this company anymore. Oh And I need a new Heat Pump/Air Handler next year. A $664.00 bill will lose out on a potential $12,000-$15,000 system. Again, Mario is a great technician and I believe NATE Certified.

We have been using the business since we opened our first restaurant 6 years ago. From vent hood installation in our restaurant to our Preventative Maintenance in our own home.
We do have lots of choices around here but the company’s professionalism, honesty and knowledge about what they are doing are things you won’t trade especially if you running a business yourself.
The owners were very hands on to their business, choose right employees that compliment to the company. We are happy to see that they are growing rapidly. They deserve it!

Perfect experience. Premier has worked on both our home and business units. The customer service has been wonderful all the way from the first call to receiving the invoice. All the technicians have proven knowledgeable, well-spoken and eager to help. They are clearly NOT commissioned to push product and instead seem focused on doing only what's necessary to resolve the issue at hand. They impressed me with their technical gadgetry and were patient and very helpful in showing me the data the collected on my units to help me understand the overall health and efficiency of my units.

I just wish I had discovered them years ago before blowing lots of money on the big name, low-value guys in town...

Arnulfo and his partner were very professional and informative about the repair that was desperately needed. They answered all our questions. We were very thankful they could respond quickly and remedy our a/c problem the same day. I recommend this company for your cooling needs.

The staff and crew are wonderful and very personable. They installed my unit 4 years ago and did an excellent job in getting my ac set up. They are always available and ready to come and maintenance my unit during the summer and winter months. I am very pleased with their knowledge and service and feel very confident with them in taking care of my unit.

The service technician Eric came out as scheduled, assessed our issue, took note of parts he needed to order, and said he would be back once parts were in. He was very professional and respectful of our property. We received a call several days later, saying parts were in and he set another appointment. He arrived on time, did his job, cleaned up after himself and then informed us what/how he had repaired our system and ran the system to show it was repaired, and how to winterize the system in the future. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them highly.

The experts really know their stuff and are real helpful. Arnulfo was exceptionally helpful and got my ac working in no time I will definitely use them again.

Been using premier for many years - pretty timely service every time. I like that it is family owned and operated. I was totally priced gouged on this last repair --- well over UCR fees for this 15 min job. Not happy and not impressed. Just FYI not every customer is mechanically inept or uninformed.
Although I have little idea how to diagnose A/C problems I could have fixed this problem for ~ $30 and 15 mins of my time... will be using a different company when necessary.
Oh, and I wasn't offered an estimate for approval.
Techs were nice, as usual, did their 15 min job and dropped the over-inflated bill... SMH

Patrick was our technician and he did an amazing job. He was knowledgeable and very friendly and talkative. He wasn’t annoyed with me asking questions. Gave me pointers on how to keep the system going longer, didn’t pressure me to buy a new unit. It was longer than I expected but he made the process manageable. I know having an AC unit repaired can be costly, but having the right person makes it all the worthwhile. The price was fair and no hidden cost. Would recommend this company and this technician to anyone.

Just had our downstairs unit replaced with Premier Comfort and we couldn’t not be anymore grateful for the professional experience we received. The technicians who came out to install were very respectful of the fact we worked from home and we appreciated how they kept us informed with their progress throughout the entire process. Overall very happy with the level of impeccable service we received.

We called this company to service our wine cellar which is not cooling properly. The technician tried to sell us a service agreement contract before finding the problem and then told us it would be $195 per hour to find the leak in the system which we agreed to pay. After a couple of hours, he found 2 leaks and diagnosed a bad compressor. He charged us $405 and left without topping off the freon to get the unit to cool down even if temporarily and he also did not leave any sort of receipt for services or an estimate for the repair of the system. After we called the company back today (they were supposed to call us this morning and did not), we were given a quote of $18,943 to repair the system! This has to a be a joke! The system was $4000 to install when it was new. I would recommend not calling this company and not doing business with this company as they are unethical at best.

I had a great experience with this company when calling in to inspect the existing system at a commercial property. They provided me with a thorough evaluation and spent extra time explaining options for repair or replacement. They were not there to sell me a completely new system as most other AC companies will try to do. I highly recommend this company. They are honest, punctual, and Professional.
