I recently scheduled an AC check-up with Varsity Zone and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.

Scheduling the appointment was super easy through their website, no hassle at all. I got a quick text confirmation, and the technician called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He even texted me when he was running just a few minutes late, which was really thoughtful and appreciated.

The tech was knowledgeable, polite, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He answered all my questions patiently and, at the end, showed me pictures of what he'd done and how my unit was performing, super helpful and reassuring. No upselling, just thorough, professional service.

I'll definitely be calling Varsity Zone again for all my AC needs.

They suck, needed some warenty work. Called them they never replied. Have to give them a one star because it won't post if I don't.

Worst customer service ever we purchased our unit several years ago and they were on it during the purchase. They took care of us however now that it’s time for them to return and do the annual check ups we can’t even get a return phone call we’ve left several messages I’ve called at different times of the day I’ve spoken to their answering service I’ve called both the owner and his wife as she takes care of the office and nothing so if you want to go with a quality company that’s going to take care of you after it’s been installed don’t use Air Done Right

I just had my AC installed by Air Done Right. They were very professional during installation. I used them based upon a friend who has used them for over 10 years and has been pleased with them.

In spite of numerous calls, mail, and email Air Done Right did not respond to honor the 10-year labor warranty provided as part of the fully paid AC-Heating System they installed in my residence. .

I reported them to the BBB, but no response from the company. They're still in business because its PO Box (virtual office) is still active and accepts mail. BEWARE AND AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I wish there's a zero or negative start rating; this company doesn't deserve even a single star.

I had no problem with the installation, other than being overcharged for work that was not completed. Mr Munoz agreed to the overcharge and promised multiple times that he would credit my creditcard.. Mr. Munoz no longer responds to my voicemails, texts, nor emails asking when I will get the refund. After two months without being credited, I will have to pursue other avenues. I have always tried to support the small businessman, however, I can no longer recommend Air Done Right.
