High Performance A/C Tune Up provided thru CPS Energy program. Fabian was great at explaining everything while here and gave some good suggestions. Great customer service and communication from time of scheduling to end of service.

From the moment he arrived, Jacob took his time explaining every part of the inspection process, making sure I understood what he was checking and why it mattered.

Comfort Techs was extremely responsive and got me scheduled quickly. The service technician (Fabian) was respectful, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. When the first solution was tricky due to the space in my unit, he took the time to try multiple approaches and found a way to make it work. I really appreciated his effort and determination. I’ll definitely be using Comfort Techs again for routine maintenance and any future repairs.

Benjamin was very thorough and knowledgeable. He showed up as scheduled and visit did not take long at all. All questions were answered and explained. Comfort Techs took care of issue with my unit 3 years ago. They responded promptly, I'd highly recommend.

The technician was great. He came performed the maintenance on the HVAC units. Didn't try to sell me anything extra and didn't leave a mess. He had a couple of recommendations but none were immediate concerns, just what to think about in the future. I would highly recommend Comfort Techs, he was a genuinely honest technician.

I had an emergency HVAC situation on a Friday night and Comfort Techs saved the day. My AC stopped cooling on a Friday evening and Ben was here Saturday morning at 8:15am. I recently had a new mini split a/c put in by Comfort Tech. Johnny and Isidor are both very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Their installers are very friendly and do a good job. Fabion does a great job and I’d also very professional knowledgeable along with the man from Amana. I hired Comfort Tech to work on my old Trane and now I hired them to put in my new unit. If you want a reliable, trustworthy company go either Johnny and Isidor and Fabion at Comfort Tech A/C.

Fabian Solis came out to conduct the seasonal maintenance on my unit today. He was very professional and patient with all my questions. He also took care of scheduling a much needed airduct and coil cleaning. Comfort Techs is an awesome company and Johnny is the best!

My heater went out during the recent cold storm I messaged Benjamin even on short notice he was able to get a tech dispatched to come check it out. Money was tight I let Fabian know the issues and he thoroughly explained what was causing the heater to malfunction he was in and out with repairs. This company is great they’ll be taking care of future work needed thank you again for getting my heater up and running!!

U can't go wrong with techs like Fabian, Rey, Giovanni and one other guy can't remember his name, they removed n replaced the furnace, n a/c unit, they total rebuilt the area where the furnace n the drip pan go. Great knowledge on the new system, they answered all my n my wife's questions, were very polite, but the best was that these guys kept me update on the work in progress, cleaned up really good afterwards. Benjamin visited me to complete an AC check - it turned out I had mold in my unit and it was about 18 years old... Time for an upgrade! I received all the details I needed, for got pre-approved for a loan. An hour later, 3 men came in and began work. I am so pleased with how everything looks and feels. Just knowing my children and I are breathing fresh air puts me at ease. The men were so polite and courteous to explain what they were doing as they moved along the house. Thank you to the whole team and especially the lady from the office who followed up with me to schedule everything.

Fabian, the Comfort Tech technician who responded to our home on a bitter night to help restore our heat was nothing short of AMAZING. We have typically used another company for our plumbing and heating needs, but when I called them, they were unavailable.... and uninterested in helping. I called Comfort Tech and they "fit us in" and Fabian stayed until everything was up and running. And it was late. He was an amazing representative of the company and what humanity should be. THANK you to both Fabian and Comfort Tech for not only being there for us when we really needed you, but to do so as if it were a normal day, no extra charges. Simply WOW. They have won me over.

We’re happy to give Comfort Techs 5 stars for their maintenance service on our Heat and A/C system. Compared to other companies we’ve had in the past, Comfort Techs surpassed all of them. Our tech, Jacob, was friendly, on task, meticulous, and thorough in checking how well all the parts of our system were working. He followed up with a detailed debrief, including photos, on what he found with the different components; and he took the time to go over recommendations for moving forward. Super professional all the way around. Comfort Techs is now our “go to” company for our Heat and A/C system.

Rey and Giovanni were our main installers and were super. They were both very nice and professional. Rey was exceptionally respectful, knowledgeable and cleaned up as he went along. I can't recommend them enough!
The new unit is fabulous!

We had very professional service from the very first contact from the owner. Johnny who set up the appointment was very pleasant, and our service tech, Fabian, served us very well. He too was professional, explained what was wrong with our system, and then gave us options for how it could be fixed. This company was very accommodating from the first contact.

This was long overdue. In December 2025, CPS shut off our gas to update the meter, which required an inspection for leaks from the furnace and water heater. Unfortunately, we were not up to code, and it would have been risky to turn on the boiler and furnace for testing. CPS did not want to be held accountable for any potential issues, so we were left without hot water and heat for two days during a very cold weekend.

Comfort Tech came through for us. They were informative, professional, and quick to respond. They installed a new AC unit, coils, furnace, and water heater in a timely manner. The work was done efficiently and very cleanly.

Our family was extremely happy with the fast turnaround and quality of service. We highly recommend Comfort Tech!

*7/25/25 UPDATE*
Our Ac unit stopped working Saturday (7/19/25) afternoon. Rey came to check the issue, within a few hours; kudos for them, & determined the motherboard on the unit was bad. After he left, we had to call Johnny to get an update. He said he would have to order a new board but we would have to wait till Monday for them to order it. No followup call on Monday. I had to call again only for him to say he was gonna try to get us a whole new unit because the boards are complicated to replace.
I called again on Tuesday & johnny said his boss wouldn't allow for a new unit but he needed to send another tech (Fabian) to recheck it on Tuesday. Fabian did come out and reverify it was indeed the motherboard and it would have to be ordered & hopefully they could come back out to replace it, but Johnny would call us for an update which he didn't. Tech left at 1:45pm.
I had to call Johnny yet again for an update at 5:54pm. He said the part needs to be ordered but he was gonna "fight for us" to get a new unit and would call us Wednesday morning to provide an update. My wife had to call him for an update around 10:45 am & he said they were just ordering the boards & he would call us back at 3:30pm for a tracking number. He did call my wife at 4:15pm to let her know it would take 24 hours to even get a tracking number for the part. I called him at 4:45pm & gave them 3 options, replace the board, replace the unit or take their equipment back if no resolution could be reached by next day.
Thankfully, they did manage to get a board from their supplier (according to Johnny, but Isidro (owner) said the supplier delivered it themselves). So who's really telling us the truth?

They installed the board on Thursday. Both Isidro & fabian did quick work & installed a surge protector on the outside & inside units. I'm just being transparent in our experience with this company. I hope the next 10 years of warranty aren't a repeat of hounding them on the phone for an update or maintenance scheduling. Communication is key & follow-ups need to be upheld. I lowered my initial review of 5 stars to 3 because this was all unnecessary. Please take it as an opportunity for improvement and not bashing. A companies reputation could easily be ruined over miscommunication.

We called comfort techs based on recommendations from Nextdoor. We had 3 different AC companies provide us with quotes & comfort Techs came in at the lowest for our 3-ton Amana inverter w/ upright air handler.

Benjamin did a great job at explaining the equipment & answering all of our questions. Daikin is a good brand of unit and reliable. It comes with a 10 year manufacturer warranty & comfort backs it with a 10 year labor warranty as well. Their preventative maintenance warranty was better than the other 2 companies at 5 years. Johnny even added an extra year of maintenance at no additional cost. The price also included insulation blown in, however since we still have electrical work that needs to be done at a later date, they agreed to hold off on it & reassured us that whenever we were ready, to just call them to schedule the blown-in insulation. That's wonderful! They even registered the unit a few days after installation which is required by most manufacturers to honor their warranty. I've heard that some companies don't even do that & fail to tell the consumer to do so otherwise the warranty won't be honored.

Rey, Rudy, Giovanni, and Moises were very courteous, professional & respectful when they came to install our unit. They were done within a few hours, cleaned up after themselves & even had time to answer any questions I had during the installation. My wife & i feel more at ease knowing we made the right choice in trusting Comfort Techs. Johnny is always friendly when answering the phone & made sure our system was running well after installation. Thank you all for making this a pleasant experience & answering the phone when called upon.
