Mark was my technician. Seemed to be a good guy with knowledge of the job. However when we got to the pricing I was shocked. A part that would cost $30 on the low end and 100 on the high was quoted to be 475. when asked what the extra $400 would be charged for they said labor and expenses. Not the type of business I'd go to again. But again guy was nice.

A few days ago, our AC unit failed for the last time, and of course, on the hottest day of the year. I immediately called Premier Comfort Services here in San Antonio and a technician arrived at our house within the hour. The old system had to be replaced and the company provided a proposal and earmarked a DAIKIN FIT system for immediate installation. That night the Technician pumped in additional Freon (at no cost) to keep the old unit running until the next day. The Team arrived on schedule and worked all day to get the new system up and running. The new DAIKIN system is SO quiet you really don’t know it’s running, especially the outside unit. Hats off the Ramon and Nolvia and their quality installation team. Highly recommend this company.

The name says it all. Premier Comfort Service Company provides excellent, reliable repair service. Their technicians are top notch, on time and courteous. When you want honest, professional service or for your heating, cooling, refrigeration or plumbing there’s only one choice and that’s Premier Comfort Service Company.

Overall very impressed with quality and timeliness of work. Pricing is debatable. Requested service on a Sunday outside of normal business hours. Had a capacitor gone bad in my system. Was quoted for new capacitor and terminal block at $995 (including labor). Quick research showed part value at $60. Told tech that was ridiculous and negotiated down to $350. Didn't do it myself out if shear convenience.

I have used Premier a couple times for my Irrigation work and HVAC work and I couldnt be happier. They are up front with the cost, accommodating to my schedule, and professional above all! I have referred them to a couple family members who have made Premier Comfort their HVAC go to company! The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable, I appreciate they work they have done for me!

Premier Comfort A/C & Heating did a fantastic job for me. From the get go, the customer service was on point, answered all of my questions and gave me a fair price. The hot summers can be brutal here in South Texas! I am happy to say I have found a company to work with and recommend to my friends and family.

He gave me a thorough explanation of what is wrong with my unit and made sure I understood. He was quick and made sure his mess was picked up before he left. This company is honest and straight forward when it comes to repairs.

The team over at Premier Comfort was amazing. Came home from work on a Friday in the middle of the summer heat to our AC not working at all. Called Premier and they sent someone who arrived within the hour. Dale quickly identified and addressed the issue. Our AC now continues to run without issues. We have called Premier Comfort several times last minute to fix our AC. They come out right away and their workers are very professional and well mannered. They are Easy to do business with and most importantly Trust Worthy. My dad also uses Premier Comfort.

Rudy came out to my house on time. He was quick to diagnose my sprinkler issue. He was able to get the system working properly in a very short period of time. I appreciate his timeliness along with being courteous and professional. Going forward, should I ever have any home maintenance issues, he will be the guy that I will call.

Although these guys are very busy they continued communicating with me about arrival time. Once on site, the tech was courteous, professional, and explained everything he was going to do. I appreciated he was wearing a mask the entire time and put on Booties to protect my floors. great company, would highly recommend!

Rudy the master plumber came out and did a sprinkler job. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the job. I had an issue the following day and Rudy came back on his off day to help correct the issue. GREAT CUSTOMER service and I have recommended him to all my neighbors!!

They came out and I liked how they conducted themselves and liked what they had to say about the project, but then they sent me an email a couple of days later stating they couldn't do the job of installing a duct for venting our new exhaust fan. They lost their duct fabricator so they couldn't give me a quote or do the job. I asked if they had a referral for someone who could do the job and if they could give me the quote numbers as if they had a fabricator so I had a ballpark number of the cost of the project. They sent me that info and attempted to assist me in finding a reputable contractor who could do the work for me. Although they didn't do the work, their time and effort to assist me in locating another contractor I feel is an indication of their work. I give them 5 stars.
