Had this company come out to check a units air duct and when the tech came back into the office, he stated could see mildew. When asked if he could show me a picture of what he saw, he then said he didn't have a picture.

I asked if we could go back up to the unit to show me what he was seeing and he said yes, on our way back to the unit he left
(which I figured he was going to go get his camera) I waited for about 15 mins and decided to go look for him and to my surprise he was gone.

After I asked the resident if he opened the vent to look or if he used a camera she said NO he did not. The whole situation seemed very suspicious to me. After calling the office to let them know the situation they first stated they didn't have anyone by that name working for them and after speaking with them they finally said they did. BE CARFUL WITH THIS COMPANY!

Within a few hours of my contact, they were able to come and promptly finish the job. Anyone who needs their dryer vents cleaned should really think about hiring this company.

I cannot speak to the quality of service this business provides, because I canceled my appointment due to the surprisingly unprofessional and sketchy scheduling process. The person I initially scheduled with via Facebook was not forthcoming with the business name, which was weird... and a later confirmation text used a different business name, which was confusing. I was contacted by three different people/numbers to confirm my appointment -- all the day before -- with incorrect appointment times despite my initial request, as if they were operating independently and not communicating. I called the main number posted on Google days later to see if I was even dealing with this company and wasn't being scammed... but (after repeatedly declining their services/new quotes) it turns out it was them, it's just how they operate I guess. On a different note, if no one on your staff can type clear sentences without strange grammatical, spelling, and punctuation errors -- how am I supposed to trust your work? Now, on to looking elsewhere for duct cleaning options!
