Performance Refrigeration is the BEST commercial ice machine repair company compared to other company I used. They always respond to my service request as soon as they can, always make sure they fixed the issue completely before they leave. Their technicians are very nice and always patient answering my questions as I have no knowledge of ice maker.

I was fortunate enough to have someone arrive same day! My AC was blowing hot air all night. In this 100+ texas heat I’m an truly grateful Zack was able to fix my problem(bad capacitor) within a hour. Thanks bud. I will recommend👍🏻

The temperature was 100+ and our ac went kaput. Zach was here in 15 minutes to repair. We knew we were taking a chance as our ac was installed in 1995 but it held for two days. We called and Joe was here the very next morning (early)to check it out. We needed a new system.Joe and Zach came to install and they were on time, professional and the price Roy quoted was better than we ever thought we could get. Roy and Joe came back a couple of days later to tweek the system a bit. We wouldn’t ever have anyone else work on our system. Really great service and above all “HONEST!” Thanks again, guys! Albert is the owner and has serviced my units the last two years, but David showed up to service my units today and I was extremely happy with his professionalism and work. I want to thank Albert for coming out on a Sunday evening to resolve our AC issue. Our AC wasn't cooling and in need of refrigerant. He was prompt, polite, and professional. I will definitely be using his services in the future.

Alberto Gonzales was able to quickly identify the problem with our air conditioning unit. He came out same day. A new motor for our blower was needed. It was ordered and installed in a timely manner. He explained to me what was going to happen if the blower shut off and what to do. It really helped to know how to save the outside unit and to not get any other damaged. As soon as the part came in Alberto was out in the morning to install the part. Amy in the office does such a good job communicating and keeping me informed. Great company. I have a service policy with Military City. I never thought that I was going to need it but it really helped in my current situation. Since Alberto has serviced my air conditioner repair was fast and convenient. Thank you Military City you were a life saver in the Texas Heat.

Man, I can’t say enough good about Albert and his entire company. Albert has been helping me deal with my absolute nightmare of a home warranty company for the last month or so. He made multiple visits to my home to gather documentation, photos, and detailed assessments of my HVAC system for the home warranty. With his help, we finally got a full system replacement approved, and today, him and his amazing team came out and installed a brand new air handler and outdoor condenser unit. He gave us an incredibly fair price and did not attempt to upsell, even told us that we didn’t need an additional cost service that I was expecting to need. They were detailed, considerate, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. We finally have working AC for the first time in two months and I couldn’t be more grateful! I would recommend Military City HVAC to everyone.

Albert is so amazing! I’m so grateful that my parents found his company. A couple years ago they bought a new ac unit from him. His company charged 1/2 of their competitors. Now we had our AC suddenly stop working and it feels like an emergency in this TX heat. He promptly came to our house the same day and fixed our AC! He’s honest and dependable. We’re so grateful we get to sleep in a cool house tonight.
