We have used a couple of different HVac companies and NONE of them come close to Military City! Their knowledge, service, and attitude is top notch! Albert, Peter, and their teams communicate well so you know exactly where you stand at all times. They are definitely looking out for you instead of looking for opportunities to upsell you. We won’t call anyone else! Highly recommend!

Best case scenario services. I called at 7:20am with a broken air conditioner and had cold air blowing by 9:15am. Albert and his team are very professional and I highly recommend their services.

My air-conditioning went out yesterday, I called this company based off of a referral from a friend and they did an amazing job. They completed the work very quickly, and charged and extremely fair price for the parts and labor. Veteran owned is a huge plus for me as well!

Alberto was by far the best technician I've ever worked with, he not only talked me through everything he was doing, he didn't try to upsell me anything and told me some things to keep an eye on with my unit to save myself from future headaches. He was quick, friendly, thorough, and to top it all off, much much much more affordable than other companies quoted me for the same repairs.

Don't even know where to start but want to say thank you to Albert for helping us out with the A/C unit. The heater was out and he came in and fixed the wiring to get it working correctly. He was completely honest! Definitely would use him again! Amy, was so helpful as well!

A/C went out in the middle of night. I called Albert from Military City at 7am and by noon our AC was fixed! He was professional and I received a reasonable rate. I highly recommend them! We are very happy and now very "cool" :)

As someone who is extremely picky about customer service, prices, and overall work ethic (being a healthcare professional myself) I can’t recommend more highly any other HVAC company other than Military City Air conditioning. Our thermostat broke and messed up our unit and Albert was able to fix it with no problem with very reasonable prices.

If you want to compare, Beyer Boys completed a spring cleaning last year and told me I needed a whole new HVAC unit due to a coolant leak. As someone who just bought the house, I was devastated. Luckily I talked with several other technicians who told me otherwise and found Military City. I’ve recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so!

Albert and his team were so fast to respond and get out to our house when the AC unit gave out. Not only did they show up next day to inspect the unit, but even after they determined we needed a new unit, they scheduled the new install the very next day. Amazing customer service and very very professional. Highly recommend Albert and his team for all of your heating and air.

The previous review i left the owner called immediately to rectify the situation. Honestly i was very impressed with how fast he called me after leaving the review. That alone changed my rating. Its nice when someone can explain themselves and then take accountability, something you dont see often these days. I gave the chance to make it better and i am hopeful.
