I got a very friendly and gentleman, Alejandro Arellano from Air Rey. He came to my house to give me an estimate to replace the entire system, also checked the ducts line and offered a very good price. After I close the business, in the next day his team came to do the installation and the service it was very good. Very transparent, answered all my questions to make sure that it was a reliable company and other good part is the warranty, they offer 10 yeas and 20 years for the compressor/coil and furnace respectively, something that other companies will charge you almost the double compared to the service they did. I super recommend them, if you need to replace your AC system, talk with Alejandro and he will offer you a very good service.

Worst place to get an AC system. My ceiling caved in from them not leveling the pan. Took over 6 months and finally just asked them to send a check for us to repair. Have had to replace thermostat 4 times because they left a wire in the drip pan. Box has come apart so now my attic is cooler than my house. Not to mention the years of hassle with a system that was not installed correctly and their boss Ricardo says its not their problem.

Let's add the $900-1000 electric bills for 3 years from May to September.

This company does not care about anything other than money. You can contact them and get no response and if you do get a response and they send someone out all they do is take pictures. Its 85° in my house and someone was here today and said I'll get this to corporate and some one will call you!

MD Air did a fantastic job on our duct work, new dampers, and new insulation. Daniel's team is very clean, they worked quickly, we weren't without AC or heat for an extended period of time, and they were very respectful of our home. We also got the new filtration system and have already noticed a difference less than one week later!

Had Dan and team replace our old AC system after a fair estimate was given. Team was on time and nice guys overall. A little mix-up of ordering the wrong unit during the install was corrected by Dan the same day, and the team got us a new unit installed and cooling by early evening. Less than 2 weeks later we had another unit go out...so Dan offered a deal for this 2nd install and the guys repeated their efforts with no issues. I'd certainly call MD Air Conditioning again without issue.

Expansion valve failed on our air conditioner in 108 degree heat. Mike from mdairconditioning got a replacement part within 1 day and repaired the air conditioner the next day. Great service...thanks so much!

Finally writing a review about our consistently positive experiences with MD. We have appreciated every aspect of their service from scheduling to dispatching knowledgeable professionals. MD has resolved every issue with our AC/heating systems to our satisfaction. On this Sunday morning, I woke up to a warm bedroom and realized the condenser fan was not functioning. I called MD before 8 am, and even without leaving a message I received a return call just minutes later. The technician was at my house before 12 pm, and he quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty capacitor that was installed just 4 months ago. I was only charged for labor and not for the higher-quality replacement capacitor. I was grateful for the prompt, professional Sunday morning service.

I had heard from a neighbor that they were excellent in taking out old duct work and replacing with new duct work. They also replaced all my vents. My wife and I were extremely happy with MD Air and their work ethic. All 3 workers were on time, cleaned up after themselves and just very cordial in our dealings. I would recommend them to anyone doing duct work, either replacing or fixing current. Good quality company. Fair pricing and excellent work. Wayne Bisang did a GREAT job with the maintenance on my HVAC unit. He was professional and always told me what was going on.

My a/c system quit working on Tuesday evening, I called MD Air Conditioning and they responded on Wednesday and had my home cool and comfortable on Thursday. Really appreciate the quick service.
