I'm truly surprised as to how fast this guys work. The technician, Israel Morales spoke to me on the phone and the very same day he came to my house to check on my old non-working ac unit. After thoroughly checking it, he explained to me what the problem was and how they could help me. Installation was done the very next day with experienced technicians. I'm really glad I called them and how they performed so quick to help me and my family with our ac problem.

This man almost ran our vehicle off the road by swerving into our lane and cutting us off. His vehicle was so close to ours, about a foot away, when he got in front us. He was also not using a blinker. Reckless and and unsafe driver. I had my baby in the vehicle and his reckless behavior put my family at risk. DO BETTER. May 18th around 12:45pm.

Extremely satisfied with the product and service! Carlos Treviño was a great guy to deal with, he was honest, direct, and never felt like he was trying to up-sale me. I ultimately purchased a new AC and was very happy with the price and prompt service. The guys installed my AC quickly and were in and out of my house within business hours. Carlos Treviño is a great guy and I will recommend Air Rey to anyone because of him. Very happy.

Fantastic job! They installed from scratch and their price was way more affordable than another recognized company. The whole job was ready in 2 days and the staff was very friendly, polite and savvy. I am extremely happy with their service, 100% recommend.

Edit: 6 months in and the system needed an unexpected repair. Technicians Efren and Sergio did an amazing job and were super professional.

Whole process was quick and easy, we even got a great deal!
After 2 hours of contacting Air Rey, Carlos came and checked on our AC unit. He then explained our options and said they could replace the entire unit as soon as the next day.

I was looking for a new central heat and air unit. Air Rey came out and installed a new 5 ton unit. They made this a very smooth and easy process. Everyone that came to the house to help with installation was very nice and respectful of my property including Carlos Trevino! He explained the process from the beginning and was there all the way to the end of installation. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a new air conditioning system.

Had my HVAC system installed about 2+ years ago. I worked with Carlos Treviño and it was absolutely one of the smoothest processes I’ve gone through. He was able to talk me through the different options and what worked best for our home. The installation happened quick and they returned quickly when I noticed some issues with the system.

I hired Air Rey to install a new HVAC system. Mr. Gamaliel Garcia explained the whole process and was professional all the way through. The installation was quick and painless. After the installation, there was a small issue with the thermostat, but Mr. Garcia was quick in sending a technician to solve the issue. Efren, the technician, did an awesome job adjusting the thermostat. Now my new HVAC is running perfectly and I am very happy with the service. I strongly recommend Air Rey for any HVAC needs.

Our home AC unit was down, we called Air Rey and Carlos Treviño answered the call right away and came in the following morning making us his first call. The explanation was thorough and we learned so much about how our system works. From the tonnage of condenser to square footage of our home, we were unaware of our prior condenser being the wrong tonnage for our home. Running at 3 tons to the 4 tons we're supposed to be at, due to our home being 2k square footage. Over all satisfied with Carlos and how he was able to break every detail down and we were left with no doubts that going with Air Rey was the right call!

I heard about this company through a radio station advertisement. They are top of the line customer service. Alejandro the consultant went above and beyond for me. He told me exactly what needed to be done and worked really hard for me to be able to be financed when I do not have the perfect credit score. The installation of my whole new unit was also great They scheduled 9:30am and exactly 9:30 am They worked very efficiently and explained the whole system to me. This was a real blessing.

I am thankful I got the chance to work with Air Rey San Antonio, I was able to finance and replace my old system with a Carrier. Thank you for being professionals and making this process a smooth one.

I am extremely pissed with this A/C company. One of their employees entered my property without permission or any prior communication. When I discovered this through my security cameras, I immediately contacted my neighbor to intervene. Despite repeated requests to stop and call his boss, the employee continued to tamper with my AC unit. It is alarming that this company allows such unprofessional behavior from its employees.

I called the company multiple times to report the incident and express my concerns, but my calls were either unanswered or promises were made to have someone contact me, which never happened. It is clear that this company has no accountability.

To make matters worse, the employee claimed to be with Perry Home Builder, but upon contacting them, I learned that they had no knowledge of the A/C company's visit and no appointment had been scheduled. This raises serious questions about the legitimacy and integrity of this company.

Not only did they violate the law by trespassing onto my property and interfering with my equipment, but they also left my AC unit in question. I am now left with no choice but to seek legal action against this company.

I strongly advise anyone considering their services to proceed with caution. This company has proven to be untrustworthy, unethical, and willing to break the law. Protect yourself and your property by avoiding them at all costs.

Do NOT spend money hiring this company, look for a different company who will place a good system. We haven’t even had our system for a year and a half and they had to come out 4 times to fix multiple issues. From the thermostat to the wires. Last night our AC would not turn on, keep in mind it was 90 degrees we had our kids and we attempted to contact them around 5pm and we kept getting the run around. When you call them they say let me find someone who is available and will not return your calls. I asked for a supervisor and no one ever called back. We called Julio who kept answering his phone and kept hanging up. This company is full of childish idiots. We finally found a different company who came out took his time and found the problem. He basically stated who ever put this system did a sloppy job. Please don’t hire them unless you want big problems while left in the heat.
