Bought two pallets of sod this week and they even took the time to split the pallets with the loader. I really appreciated the fact that they didn't get frustrated about splitting the pallets for me and loading them into my truck throughout the morning. The St. Augustine I bought from them was excellent quality and when he split the pallet with the forks, there was only one or two damaged pieces. He offered to give me a few undamaged pieces, but I didn't think that was necessary since I was still able to use the broken pieces. I would definitely recommend this place for your landscaping needs!

Best service Ive had when it comes to material loading

I hired someone to do some work for me. He went to Thomas Stone to pick up 2 yards of top soil. They loaded base material onto his trailer and when he told them that wasn't going to work they said that is our screened top soil. It was garbage material not suited for my project. He asked if they would unload it, but they said their loader was too busy so my 60 year old "hand" was forced to manually shovel 2 yards off of his trailer alone. He then went to Gardenville and got exactly what we needed. See the pictures of the rocky garbage loaded on his trailer compared to the stuff we picked up from Gardenville. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend going to Thomas Stone.

It’s very tough to find a great landscaper who is also consistent, on time, and fairly priced. Mike and his team have been mowing my lawn and providing other landscaping services for our property for many years. They have been truly awesome. Highly recommend for all your landscaping needs! Mike is also very friendly and easy to work with. He has a true passion for his craft.

The specialist was very helpful and knowledgeable about my lawn today. He shared some very valuable information about how I should approach taking care of the grass going forward. Thank you very much!

Omid Z did a fantastic job today in all aspects of the job! He was very nice, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He answered all my questions and made me glad I use True Green! They came today and punctured my water line and said the manager would take care of it today. They left before 3pm. Nobody came or called us back. Apparently, we are supposed to keep the water off or let the gushing continue. Will be canceling our service after they repair their damage. If they dont show up in the morning, I will be sending them my water bill and plumbing bill. Unsatisfactory customer service. Do not recommend this company.

My concern is that I purchased Perimeter treatments to control insects, bugs and ants. I’m receiving Mosquito treatments which I never contracted for. Please help me receive the Perimeter treatments i paid for.

I just used them for this season & our front & back yard looked horrible but working with TruGreen, our lawn is looking so much healthier & lush. I was worried at first but you need to trust the process. Water frequently & don’t mow your lawn too short. Mow once a week & you’ll definitely see a healthier lawn.

UPDATE: today is March 25, 2024 & thankfully our lawn is looking very healthy at the start of the season. We are currently on our 3rd treatment for this season with TruGreen & im Happy with everything so far. Our TruGreen specialist, OMID Z is very knowledgeable & you can tell he’s very passionate & dedicated to his craft. He’s provided me with valuable information on how to properly manage our lawn to enhance the efforts they’re putting forth. I enjoy when he shows up because I know he cares about helping our lawn flourish. Kudos to him & Trugreen. 👍🏼👏🏼

I am not one to leave reviews, however I must harm others on this one. DO NOT use this company. They charged $250 to aerate a small front yard. I could not even tell it had been done when they finished. I could do a better job in 5 minutes with a pitch fork. I contacted customer service to have a supervisor come out and look at it, but they refused. Needless to say, i canceled my service. Stay away from TruGreen..

True Green has transformed my yard from a weed infested property to a beautiful property. Jaden, my technician has been meticulous in maintaining my yard. Good job!!!

True green always does what they say they are going to do. They are very courteous and have treated my yard over the last few years. I would recommend them to anyone.

I believe the service is adequate. But not rating a five star. I believe adjusting the treatment to go with the areas serviced should be reviewed.

I’m concerned about the areas of my lawn in the front that still does not have grass growing on it.

I really enjoyed talking to the young man. He knew what he was doing, and he showed me what was wrong with my law, and what was right with my lawn. You should be proud of the people that you hire and he’s one of them.

Fertilizing just before our 6.5” rain at my house is great timing. But I’m not sure about you spraying for weeds before the huge rain we had June 11. I’m afraid it washed all the solution off before it became effective!! Time will tell…

My family and I personally have had a great experience with TruGreen. We use them for mosquitos, flea and tick protection and our animals haven’t had any fleas since we have started using them. Not to mention it’s nice to sit outside and enjoy the weather when you aren’t being eaten alive by bugs. The same technician always treats our house and he does a great job!

We had a great experience with our lawn care technician, Jerome. He was very thorough in addressing the brown patch issue in our yard. Jerome took the time to take a detailed video and consulted with his manager to come up with the best solution. We really appreciated his proactive approach and clear communication. We’ll be implementing his recommendation in the next few days and are hopeful for great results. Thank you, Jerome, for your professionalism and dedication!

TruGreen saved my lawn! It was overrun with weeds that I suddenly couldn’t get rid of. After the 2nd treatment started a dramatic transformation. My beautiful lawn is returning, I definitely recommend.

Technician arrived on time and aerated lawn completely. Sprinkler heads were marked and he successfully avoided them all. Good job.

I am very satisfied with the services that TruGreen has provided to date, and my grass looks amazing. Mr. Rogelio, the young gentleman that services my lawn, is very friendly and conducts himself in a very professional manner.
My initial appointment had to be canceled and rescheduling was a breeze as the customer service agent was very proficient in her job as well.
