Years ago TruGreen was great. I started service in early March, 2025. Weeds are still thriving two months later even after I followed watering instructions given by the specialist. Today on their second follow up visit, I was given a completely different set of instructions. With three attempts to eliminate weeds, I have cancelled service.

Omid is outstanding. He takes the time to thoroughly explain the services he provides and always addresses questions and concerns with thoughtfulness and detail. He consistently sets a high standard, and it’s noticeable when he’s not the one servicing my yard. Excellent work, Omid!

I don’t normally post but this company really pissed me off. Basically scammed me. I asked and made sure to ask customer service if they provide grass cutting services. They said yes and with lawn care. Charge me for $300 and left the grass uncut.

When I called and asked when is my grass getting cut, they said they don’t provide that. I was livid because that was the one and only reason I applied. They lied to me saying they provide grass cutting services to get me to apply

Thank goodness for the people of customer service who helped me with this situation. They made sure that they are teaching and correcting the person since they are not here to give false advertisement just to get a client. They have resolved the issue and were quick too. Again, it was an unfortunate event but thank you again Customer Service

Jose was a very pleasant young man and answered all my questions. He informed me that I have grub damage. He treated the yard and I was very pleased.
Nick was also very pleasant! Since I’m a new customer, he answered all my questions and I appreciate that! He did a excellent job putting down the sulfur

Was using them for a year and was disappointed in their various service technicians. The final straw was one visit they claimed to do the service but left no lawn sign or note on the door. Plus my ring camera shows they never came to the door. They charged me for a service they didn't perform. I was done with them after that and now I fertilize my lawn myself.

TruGreen never told us that their fertilizer is toxic for dogs. After my dog had seizures, they said that we shouldn’t have let our dog out for 48 hours in his yard. None of the paper work they gave us mentioned this . The service was awful . They did what they wanted to do without informing me and sent the bill . I will NEVER use them again. They are luck to not be sued for animal abuse !

Don't remember the representative's name. Spoke to him yesterday and was unable to complete call because of my schedule. I received a call back today. I have never used a lawn care service since I purchased my home in 2008. I was asking about two services (one they said they didn't offer). I had specifically called in about the service they didn't offer, but they mentioned the second so I had LOTS of questions and was interested how it would improve my lawn. He said it couldn't be done until spring. I wasn't finished with my questions about pricing, how often it should be done, etc. His response was "I need to close this call out. I have another one coming in." My response was "I guess you don't want my business or care about your customers." He hung up on me.

I've been really satisfied with TruGreen Lawn Care, especially as we enter the summer season. Knowing that professionals are in charge of our lawn gives me peace of mind, ensuring that it receives the right nutrients to stay healthy and strong. The cost was under $1,000 for a year, which I find well worth it considering the regular visits and the free re-treatments if any issues arise. Managing the lawn on our own often led to missed steps, but TruGreen takes the guesswork out of it, giving us more time and confidence in our lawn’s care.

I had them for over a year, still have plenty of weeds. I watched workers claim they did the yard and all they did was sit in their trucks. They like to try and upsell you on their products but are you truly getting them or are they just ripping you off? i don't recommend this branch as I have had nothing but troubles from them. Calling corporate doesn't matter to them either.

The photos are of the guy sitting in his truck for 45 minutes and then leaving claiming he did the job. The other two photos are of the weeds in the yard that are still there that they promised they could be able to get rid of. And last if you have a pool, be careful because then they use the spreader all the chemicals go to your pool because they’re very careless about it

I’ve tried to give Trugreen the benefit of the doubt but the weeds just keep popping up I. My moms yard. I called to let them know about the weeds and they said “You’ll have to pay your balance of $151.00 before we can come out to service the property”…I’m sorry but I’m not allowing my mom to pay for a service that does not live up to their standards! Attached are photos of all the weeds in her lawn …this is after service was done less than a month ago…She’s been with them for almost 2 years and the service has gone down hill the last few months.

I’ve never in my life seen a company, who claims to be a “lawn care” organization, come to a job site and literally destroy their customers front yard.

This is what happened to us.

The “lawn care professionals” came to my house to perform services for me on the new sod we laid two weeks ago and this is what I came home to.

The sod was pulled up in multiple locations and it appears there was 0 attempt to fix this on site.

As an added bonus a supervisor won’t be out till Monday to assess the damage so we’re left on our own to fix a problem this company started.

The crew that was working at my house today should be fired immediately and if I were you I’d stay as far away from this company as possible!

DO NOT USE TRU GREEN FOR YOUR LAWN BECAUSE YOUR LAWN WILL NOT REMAIN GREEN!! Need I say more?? We planted these plants in March and they were all thriving and green! Tru Green came out in July to spray the bushes and here we are in August with dead grass, bushes and trees! We called them to cancel our service and they were persistent about coming out to evaluate the damage. They would NOT cancel the service until they conduct their investigation. I can bet my house that they will not reimburse us for the damage but instead find a way to blame us.

After years of trying several companies claiming to be lawncare companies that really just mowed the grass, I'm so glad I found Fiesta Lawn Care. Zach has always been professional, responsive, and has proactively made suggestions on how to improve our lawn and surrounding trees and shrubs. He's proven to be reliable and honest in his assessment and i trust him and I don't trust very many people. He's followed through on what he says he'll do and does so consistently. I highly recommend this company.
