My neighbor hired them to clean up his backyard. They came in with commercial blowers and blew half his debris over my fence and into my pool. Had to call the police to get them to stop. Lazy workers, oblivious to what they were doing and didn’t care one way or the other. I’m sending them a pool cleaning bill. See where this ends up in small claims court.

Gratr Landscapes have always gone above and beyond my expectations at my communities. Michelle, has always been detailed, and responds to my wants/needs upon requests in a quickly, and efficient manner. Chase has always been so professional, and provides updates when requested quickly with detail. Thank you for all that you do!

Very disappointed. This company mows my apartment complex and my pet yard. For the longest time they were COMPLETELY skipping my yard. I notified my complex multiple times of this. Finally, I had to go chase down the guys to weed eat my yard. Thinking they figured out that this was part of their job, I waited to see if they would do it on their own. Nope. As the fourth time in a row, I have had to find one of the workers, tell him exactly what I needed done (as if it is difficult to mow an apartment pet yard) and then watch to make sure it gets done. After looking at their work today, the guy didn't weed eat around the outside of the yard and the inside is cut so UNEVENLY it looks horrible. Disappointed and frustrated are understatements.

We have been more than happy with the service that we receive! Our rep Robert is super friendly and professional always addressing our needs and going above and beyond.

I have been with Gratr for about a year now, the service has been nothing but exceptional. When I started with them, our community was struggling with our exterior landscaping. Michelle was my original point of contact, she was sweet, caring and very professional. She was the reason I decided to make the switch to Gratr. After joining them, Doug became my Account Manager. Talk about great at communication! No matter the situation, he will jump on it and ensure that we are 100% satisfied! Boulder Creek sits on about 33 acres, you can imagine the amount of landscaping/ irrigation that takes place on the property. Oscar, who is in charge of irrigation handles it all. Very knowledgeable and willing to fix things properly. Between the 3 of them, they make the company perfect. I have referred my sister property to them and will continue to refer them out.

These men don't know how to utilize a leaf blower,they blow all the leàves and dirt on the vehicles.showing they simply don't care.

First these guys show up with trailers stacked up with mulch with not equipment to unload. I had to stop what I was doing and use my personal forklift to unload the “professionals” trailer. The work performed was average at best. And last but not least and being clearly told not to, they threw all of their trash in my dumpster. As a contractor I would never hire these idiots. Unprepared, unprofessional, and can’t follow directions.

Kevin is our representative and he has been fantastic since our property in New Braunfels switched over in December! Highly recommend Gratar!

The Guys were professional and very courteous. Addressed what I asked / said were the issues and found a few leaks along the way. Which I am grateful for, because that would cost me greatly in my water bills.
I can let you know more later when I actually run the system at a later date. But , I am very happy with them and their service.

Just updating that we have spoken and Robert is coming by this week to take a look and see what happened and next steps. I used this company for some grading and grass seeding. Grading was good, seeding was a total failure. Terrible product and/or poor application. Was expecting close to 4400 sqft of seeding. Ended up only about 40 sqft came up. Looks like a couple of chia pets took up residence. Left a couple of messages and text but have been ignored. Had an appointment scheduled to get him to look at it but that was ignored as well and of course no answer to phone calls. I have had seeding done by other companies in the past w/o issue. I know not to expect all of it to sprout but only 2%-3% is what came up. Total waste of money using this company.

Rob with Canyon Springs did a great job in testing my Backflow prevention system. Easy to do business with since they are fully digital. Simply schedule online and they show up and you pay the bill. I will definitely use them again.

Honest, kind, and professional!

This is the only company I call when my system needs service. What more can I say......

Rob and his team were lovely and very competent. They took their time and did a pretty complicated job very well. I look forward to working with them on future projects. I highly recommend their services for outdoor landscaping and similar needs.

Needed a backflow test. After a competitor tried to use unscrupulous sales tactics, Rob and his team at COS were a breath of fresh air. Courteous, quick, and above board the 5 star rating was easy to make.

I booked a 1 hour appointment(max available on the website). Their technician showed up and confirmed the problem I told them I had in less than 10 minutes (wiring break), but said the repairs would take longer than the time remaining in the 1 hour appointment. He said his boss would contact me with an estimate to finish. The technician offered to do other work for the remaining time, but I only needed the repairs I had called them out to do. And they wouldn’t start those.
I have contacted this company multiple times since then with no return or even acknowledgment that they received my correspondence. They have emailed me multiple times, however, with a duplicate bill for the original 1 hour appointment which I paid on the same day of service.
I feel completely ripped off. Stolen from. They ran off with my money never to be heard from again.
Terrible customer service and bad business practices.
