Could not use my military discount cause was not in system now. Attending person told me not in system no discount today and walked away. This after had to hunt and find product looking for that was not in the place on map. Dont go to this store much but now will never go back.

Called ahead asking if they had small garden tillers for rent and was told yes. Drove 30 minutes only to be told all ten were broken but the one big one. Then they told me heh wouldn't even see if it got in my car because policy was I needed a truck. Refused to show me the policy and waited 25 minutes for a manager to never show up.

Good selection on plants. Some seemed a little pricey. Pretty much has all the things your garden or landscape might need.
Quick checkout, which I always love. -
The staff was very friendly. I went in to pick out a Christmas tree. They did all the heavy lifting. I always buy my trees from Home Depot based on past experiences and they definitely keep me coming back.

I came for wood fencing and orchid potting soil. It was easy to find. My only complaint is that all the fencing material was either warped, broken or already moldy. Took 30 minutes to sift through all of the planks to find clean, straight wood. Hopefully they will have a better selection next time. The cashier seemed like it was killing her to be there...like a lot of the customers were annoying to her but hey...what do you expect for minimum wage workers.

Online order is a joke. I've tried them several times over the years, and there is no improvement. Covid has given Home Depot 10 steps backward. Their employees do not care about anything. I'm sure as a blanket statement, this is not 100% true, but they are getting the garbage leftover that can't find work anywhere else.

Easy to find what you're looking for. We get mulch and top soil from here. The flowers are discounted right after holidays like labor day. Prices of plants drop from $15 to $5.

Met some nice employees, not necessarily knowledgeable, but one was genuinely very friendly and the other had decent knowledge of the inventory, again not necessarily the plants themselves but the inventory. A lot of the plants had dead leaves and didn't look perfectly healthy but I'm not sure what to expect as far as how easy it is to keep perfect plants. They weren't bad but just not perfect. Got a few small plants for around $5 each.
