They do good work. I needed someone to repair/reconstruct a portion of irrigation pipe in my backyard, as well as investigate a leak. I tried contacting two other irrigation repair companies before Tri-County and left messages with both; neither bothered to return my call. Tri-County answered my call on the first attempt and was able to schedule me right away.

The assigned technician, Manuel, was prompt, courteous, honest and efficient. In fact, he’d done such a good job with the repairs that I asked him to address a few other cosmetic issues with the irrigation system in the front yard. I am pleased with the results.

Billing was reasonable, accurate and a breeze to process (love Apple Pay!).

Going forward, Tri-County will be my first choice for landscape irrigation maintenance. I highly recommend.

Sprinkler install was done quickly & professionally with minimal damage to grass. The hardware used is high quality and the Rainbird controller is user-friendly. We're satisfied with the service Tri-County provided and would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

Absolutely one of the best companies I have contracted to do work. We needed sprinkler work after a pool company wrecked system. I was out running one day and saw the company doing work in my neighborhood and asked for a card. Ever since then Try-County Sprinklers have done above and beyond what we expected. They are experienced, knowledgable and at a great price and most of all, they stand by their word. It has been a long time since I have had an outstanding experience with a company at every communication at every level of the company. As long as we are here, they will be my only sprinkler company.

Great service. They had to reinstall all our back yard sprinklers after a construction project. Showed up on time and the price was less than I was told by others. I would definitely use them again!

I used these guys 12 years ago to originally install my sprinkler system and in that entire time I have had zero issues with my system. I called recently to make some changes to my system and they are still just as great as I remember. From the receptionist to Grant and his team they are all professional and explain everything thoroughly. I will continue to only use Tri-County Sprinklers.

This is the second time we have had Tri-County Sprinklers come to our home. They did a total checkup of our sprinkler system about a year ago and were outstanding. This time we had a water line break, not connected to our sprinkler system, but they rushed out to fix it regardless. They were so awesome to work with, fast, reasonable and so polite. I don't write a lot of reviews, but I had to this time. These folks are simply outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about Tri-County. They just do it right!!! Thanks so much!!

Top-Notch, from start to finish: Classic example of ‘you get what you pay for’. Andrew did an amazing job from the proposal stage all the way through training me on the unit's operation (simple). They installed a very nice system in a short amount of time and did it very well. Very clean and very professional looking. Antonio and the entire installation crew were simply spectacular as well. This company installed a irrigation system at my home in the Estates of Rockwell Ranch about three months ago. I never received a copy of the so called five year warranty after multiple attempts. Recently I needed repairs and was told they were not under warranty . I just spent over 600.00 on repairs to a new system. This company did not stand behind its work. This is a update to the owners response. The response was written by the owner and not the person I talked to on the phone. It is inaccurate and discusses items I did not talk about while leaving out others that should have been addressed. Their seems to be poor communication within your company and you have trained your employees well to shut down customers. As a owner you should take personal responsibilty to engage with unhappy customers and gather the facts prior responding. I did contact your company to resolve the matter. I was quoted chapter and verse about all the warranty exclusions. Whats left to cover? I still do not have a copy of the warranty. I discussed this with all my neighbors who have 3-5 year old systems and they had no problems. I also called a plumber that I have used and he quoted the same repair for 200.00 less. It appears I was sold a inferior product and overcharged for the repair. Thank You from a disabled Senior Citizen. I mailed a check for the full amount of the charges on Saturday.

Outstanding service that truly addressed all of my sprinkler systems concerns. I have 8 zones and part of the system was damaged when my neighbor installed a swimming pool. Thanks to Tri County, my system is back up and in perfect working order. The technician was polite and professional. He went straight to work and didn't stop until it was all fixed.

I scheduled three appointments for sprinkler repair or update and all three they did not show up. The third time they did not even call me to say that he was not going to make it at 3pm. I called and they said he was going to be two hours late even though I call that morning to make sure that they were coming since they cancel on me twice. I do understand that weather could be an issue but I scheduled my first appointment a month ago and they seem to treat their old client friends better to get their job done on time but not new customers. They have not even try to call me to work out a fourth time attempt to show that this company does care about small jobs coming from new customers.

Quality work at a good price. Took a little effort to reach them initially but once we got in touch they came out in a decent timeline provided a good quote. Once the job got started the crew did a nice job and I was pleased with the communication. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

TriCounty Sprinklers installed our system a couple years ago and it's still holding up very well. No leak issues after the crazy freeze we had in Feb (thankfully). We're very satisfied with the work they did. They are extremely professional & reliable. We had gotten several quotes and TriCounty's pricing is very competitive. Highly recommended!

We’ve used TCS a couple times in the past and have never been disappointed. We had to use them again recently for a repair to some command lines I had accidentally cut and for a full system tune-up. “Nacho” was the service tech. He’s a very hard worker and made sure the job was done right! Very appreciative of him and all he did.

My "go-to" irrigation company. I've used them several times to install, maintain, and repair drip and sprinkler systems on two houses over the last couple of years. Today (April 20, 2022), I had Sam and Nacho conduct some repairs, capping, and expansion on the drip systems at both houses. Sam had done some previous work on my systems, while Nacho was new to me, but both were polite, friendly, professional, and thorough. They arrived early, discussed what needed to be done with me, and then promptly got to work. They worked diligently for 2 hours and took care of everything just like I wanted/needed. I believe they offer the best value in terms of costs and quality of work. The only downside is that it can take a while to get on their schedule (for me, on average, around a month out); but they are worth the wait. I will definitely call on them again for any future irrigation needs.

I would highly recommend not using this place of business. Their tech came out to work on our sprinklers and then we never saw him again. I had to do the work myself. The company said that they would send someone out to show me what they did (which never happened). Now they are wanting to be paid for not doing the work. Avoid at all costs. I went with Emerald and they were fantastic. This company will rip you off - stay away.

We hired them to remove some parts from our irrigation system to qualify for the SAWS rebate. While the work itself was done well, our experience with the pricing was frustrating.

We received a quote before they came out, but we were charged 1.5 times the original labor quote when the job was completed. They explained that they sent an extra person to finish the job faster.

After questioning the price, they did reduce it slightly, but the experience left us feeling misled. While the quality of the work was fine, the unexpected and unexplained price hike brought our overall satisfaction way down.

Unfortunately, I can only give them 2 stars due to the lack of transparency.
