First experience with San Antonio Ace Sprinklers was fantastic! My sprinklers were having pressure issues and within 10 minutes into the diagnosis, the technician Cameron, had the problem figured out and fixed! Not only was my problem solved, but Cameron also repaired some wiring, replaced a sprinkler head, and made some other important adjustments. Price was very fair and Cameron did an excellent job explaining the costs. Call this fine company the next time you need irrigation help, I know I will!

I cannot say enough about the fantastic crew of Ace Sprinkler & Irrigation! Henry, Adam, and Juan know what they’re doing and will work to make your ideas and landscaping project come to life! What was most impressive, was their professionalism, communication with me and each other, and their positive attitudes. They also kept the area neat, organized, and clean. What was equally impressive was their attention to detail and suggestions to make the project even better.

Cliff, the owner, has a wonderful design eye and knows his stuff! He was very easy and fun to work with! He saw my vision and helped it come to fruition. Every step of the way was clearly outlined and my ideas and concerns were taken into account (deer resistant shrubs, growth pattern of plants, blooming shrubs, etc.) He was super flexible when I added removing & replacing dead shrubs from the recent freeze.

Finally, I honestly felt like they cared about the project and what they were doing.

They came out on Monday after I called them Friday late afternoon, so they have great turnaround time. They also did the work fast and not only fixed my problem but made sure the entire system was at its best. They even walked me thru the entire system to inspect each sprinkler! They weren't pricey either, their costs are about in line with competitors but their work was faster and high quality making them my new default sprinkler repair company in San Antonio.

Matt and his team did a great job of putting in the drip irrigation system for both my front and backyard. Dan and John are professional, hard-working and courteous. Although the project ran over-budget in terms of the estimated days to complete the job I was not charged more than what I was initially quoted.

Cliff and the men who worked on our yard re-doing the irrigation system after a pool project were all so professional and courteous through every single interaction. Their quote was reasonable and accurate, they were kind and respectful and always cleaned up after themselves, have great attention to detail, and truly listened to us and considered what was important to us throughout the project. Each and every employee always acted like it was a pleasure working with us and were even kind to my kids and dog! They also worked in the rain and super cold weather to finish our system in a timely manner. You honestly do not find contractors like this these days. We have undertaken two big home reno projects in the last 14 months and these guys are by far the best people we've worked with, hands down.

I have used Ace Sprinklers several times over the past 2 years for various sprinkler/landscaping work---isolated repairs, moving sprinkler locations, and most recently a major conversion of part of my yard to a drip system. I can truly say that the time and effort they put into their work is second to none. Matt treated the job as if he were working on his own house. Moreover, when I did subsequently have a small leak in one section of the drip conversion, Matt promptly came out the following day to fix it at no additional cost. I continue to be pleased with their service and commitment to their customers, and will continue to use them moving forward. Highly recommend!

Can’t get a hold of them. I left multiple messages a week ago even though the machine says they’ll get back to you within the hour. Did a good job last year but I guess I’ll have to go with someone else now.

Within an hour of posting this they responded with a next day appointment. Very impressive online awareness.

I contacted Ace Sprinklers and Landscaping when my sprinkler system quit working. I contacted them on Tuesday, 8/7/18. The person with whom I spoke was very empathetic to my situation; however, I was not prepared to hear they could be here today to repair the system. The young man, River, who came by at the exact set time was nothing short of phenomenal. First, let me say he has a work ethic rarely seen in someone his age. He knew what he was looking for and identified the problem. He needed to return to the shop to get a part and returned within 45 minutes. Less than an hour later, the problem was resolved. I can only attribute his professionalism to a culture of "customer satisfaction" established within this company. Let me add that the charges were more than fair. I will never use another sprinkler company. Thank you Ace Sprinklers and Landscaping. Job well done. IF ever I need further service I will request River to do the job.

Matt and Dan were awesome and incredibly professional. Matt explained everything thing to a tee. I thought my 21 yr old system was done for, but Matt has it purring like a kitten. I knew something was wrong with my sprinkler system...but no idea what. Called Ace because I am a big believer in Google reviews. They got me scheduled right in on the day I wanted. River was very professional and spent a fair bit of time inspecting my system to try to identify the problem. In the end, it was my pressure reducer. Rather than try to rush the job that afternoon, we worked out a time for him to come back. He installed the reducer, and did an excellent job putting in a new box for it and getting the yard back in order. Problem fixed, he then inspected my whole system and replaced a few heads and adjusted all the heads as it had been a few years. I now feel like I have a brand new system! He even sent me a recommended schedule for my timer. I cannot say enough about how professional River was, and I felt like the price was a great value as well. Ace is now my go-to company and I will be scheduling that spring tune-up next year!

I've dealt with Ace I think 3 times now, the most recent visit being today, and just had to take a moment to commend them. Two of the jobs were routine maintenance, fixing broken sprinkler heads and such. The other was a major repair fixing a leak that involved moving a giant rock to get to. I've been impressed with each encounter. The people at Ace are courteous, professional, thorough, honest--they will tell you if you don't need something even if it means less money to them--and dependable. I'm seriously so impressed with this company and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I worked with Matt on my sprinklers. He helped me find the valves across my property (all hidden under rocks) and replaced two broken ones that were causing thousands of dollars in leaks. He also identified and repaired a pipe that had broken due to the proximity to the tree root. He switched out sprinkler heads and increased the optimal use of my irrigation system so I don't waste water. Absolutely excellent. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. He was extremely helpful and I will be sticking with this company moving forward.

We were having trouble with thudding in our house and these guys came,found the issue, and gave us a fair solution. They were timely and communicative. They did not push anything on us only provided information. I would use them again and highly recommend!

We are very impress with Cameron's performance. He was well versed with operations and procedures. He was fair and honest with supplies needed, properly diagnosed our problem with our sprinkler system with a kindred spirit. I highly recommend this company as long as this young man is knocking at your door.

Wow, where do I start. I scheduled to have routine maintenance for my sprinklers service and had a excellent conversation with Bob. He explained a few things to me and provide insight and gave me honest feedback. As a veteran I appreciate honesty and integrity and Bob gave me that. Today I had an emergency that needed immediate attention. Called Bob explained the situation and he walked me through a few things but nothing worked.. He explained that today was tight but he'd call me back. Received a call back and someone was out within the hour.

Now it gets better. Matt came out and fixed my emergency. He then proceeded to take care of my scheduled service today. We had meaningful discussions which provide insight about my yard, landscape and sprinkler. Today's service provided me with a great appreciation for a three generation FAMILY OWNED business doing it right and taking care of their customers! BOB you'll ROCK and knocked it out of the park. I have had my sprinkler system not operating since I bought my home over a year ago. When I called a few companies some recommended starting from scratch because of the age of the home and lack of details on existing set up.

Instead San Antonio Ace Sprinklers sent a tech out with a plan to evaluate and repair as much as possible the system I had. Little did I know it was not as bad as everyone thought and had 50% of my system working in minutes and the rest done within the following hours. The tech was knowledgeable, helpful in recommendations and still helped me to get the replaces parts needed to get me fully good to go.

Pricing was affordable and they were very transparent in how they work and what to expect for charges.

I would 100% recommend them for your sprinkler service needs.

He had Cameron come out due to a $450 water bill from SAWS, to inspect the irrigation system,at our newly purchased home.
He quickly diagnosed the issue and made necessary repairs at a reasonable rate. Their response was fast, professional, and addressed our issues.

Highly recommend! I had an unknown leak in my sprinkler system so I called Ace based on the customer reviews. They came out within hours and the technician knew exactly what to look for. He found my leak right away and fixed it on the spot. Their office is also friendly and supportive. I’m new to San Antonio and will be using Ace for all my sprinkler concerns.

I want to thank SA Ace Sprinklers for their immediate service today on my main water line & sprinkler line repairs so late in the day. I've used them for probably 15 years & they have always provided timely & professional service.
As well, they are extremely reasonable & very honest imo.
