Hand down best plumbing company I have ever used! They will honestly tell you what is wrong or not wrong and never the to sell you something you don’t need even when you insist.😆 Will use them forever! FIVE STARS for sure!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I understand that the estimator was simply doing his job by presenting the price, but I wanted to clarify that the reason I didn't move forward with the job was due to the cost. And it’s important for all business to know as much information as possible to be successful.
The estimate started at $316 and escalated to over $600, which was unreasonable for a simple faucet replacement using a new faucet I supplied. The minimum price of $316 didn't even include the supply lines, which would have added to the total cost.
The estimator suggested the "silver" package for over $450, which was also unreasonable. Although he offered a 10% discount, he couldn't negotiate further, and I felt he lacked the flexibility to meet my budget of $250. Instead, he pushed for an upgraded job at an even higher cost. I ended up calling another company, which fixed the issue for $225 (with included supply lines).
I believe your company values reasonable pricing and customer satisfaction, leading to repeat business. However, it's unfortunate that your estimator lacked the authority to negotiate, making it difficult to reach a mutually agreeable price and future business.

My upstairs toilets were backed up and one of my upstairs sinks was gurgling . My condo is a new rebuild and this is the first time I’ve had an issue . A neighbor recommended Omega and I’m grateful.

Everything about my experience from the first call to the end of the process was easy and professional . Jonathan came over and assessed the situation, gave me options , and helped me work a deal I could be comfortable with. He was knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. He showed me my pipes on the scanner .

Very happy customer. Had another plumbing company out who was going to charge me $1300 for the first 4 hours to find a leak they said was under the house or in the yard. It was supposed to be a needle in the haystack. Should it take all day I was quoted $2500.00. I didn't feel good about this and called out Omega. David found the leak outside the house within 20 minutes. They worked efficiently, effectively and had great conversation throughout. Competence matters in this field!

Update 9/20/2022:
Because of the great job they did I talking my gas water heater, we used them again today to help instal our new Water Softener! Once again, they were prompt, professional, and courteous. I will not hesitate to give them a call if my homes need any plumbing services again.

My next-door neighbor used them as well (last week) to install his new toilets and haul away the old ones. Great job there too!

Omega did a heck of a job today! I’m very glad I choose to hire a pro team to install my new water heater. Jerel and Albert are very friendly and professional. They helped explain my situation and thankfully have the expertise to make sure I’m taken care of.

Unfortunately for me, my water softener failure is what accelerated the water heater to go bad. I’ll be using Omega to instal my new water softener as well.

Highly recommend and will definitely give them a call if I ever have any plumbing issues.

David Ojeda did a great job getting our water heater up to code. Omega Plumbing did a great job of communicating and explaining the work being done. They work very clean and efficient as well. We will be using them again next time we have any plumbing needs.

Albert and David are top notch! They showed up in a pinch w/o hesitation. This worked out in our favor because it turned out not to be a plumbing issue on our end, it was the water company. We appreciate all they do for us!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I called Omega for a potential exterior water leak, and they showed up same day! Unfortunately, I was unable to leave from work to meet them during the inspection, but they provided photos, a video of their inspection & kept in communication! Omega Plumbing are tireless HEROS working through the night and into the next day. Indescribable dedication to service to our community. Spectrum Hit a 10" water main compromising our entire town home community. Omega showed up to work in less than an hour and already located the leak 10' down on an asbestos concrete water maine and delicately exposed the damaged pipe that had other utilities they were cautious to not disturb. I'm So grateful for their service and hard work to get our water back on THANK YOU! OMEGA PLUMBING!!!

He shimmed the toilet and caulked the base. We will see on Thursday once the caulk dries. Thank you for help in getting this toilet repaired. Polite and kind!

They were great, fast and really cleaned up afterwards. They also replaced a pipe by the meter that they noticed had corrosion and was about to burst, at no additional charge.
