Tree reviews in San Antonio, Texas

Couldn’t be happier. David, Adrian, and the whole team were excellent to work with. I had 10 live oaks that were quite overgrown and 2 that needed to be removed.

The guys worked quickly, safely, and efficiently, and they made sure to keep me in the loop each step of the way. The trees look great now.

They did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed and following up to make sure I was satisfied.

You’d do well to hire Texas Tree Authority.

Jarred and Paul from StoneHaven did a great job installing a beautiful block retaining wall against the side yard of my house. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process and we’re very professional.

Texas Tree Authority did a great job pruning our oak trees recently. Santos and his team were professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Thank you — Dennis & Nancy Chavana.

Everything was great. David walked my property with me and we came up with a plan for what was needed to be done. He was on sight when his crew arrived to insure that the project was completed as expected. The crew did a great job removing all the debris and leaves. I definitely recommend them!

My experience with this business was top notch, from my consult with Tyler all the way to Adrian showing up with his team and doing the work. They did a great job trimming my oaks and cedars, cleaning up, and even removed some small brush piles for me. I highly recommend them and will be using them going forward for my tree needs.

The easiest call you will make! I called Texas Tree Authority to trim a bunch of trees on my new property. Quick service, hauled off all the branches saving me a ton of time. Highly recommend Christian and his team 👏🌳

We had a fantastic experience! David Force came out first for an evaluation, explained everything clearly, and then the team returned to complete the work. They did a beautiful job cleaning up the red oaks, crepe myrtles, and rose bushes on our property. Everything looks healthy, tidy, and well cared for. Professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. Highly recommend! 🌳🌹

We scheduled an overall tree service for several oaks and even a dead one that needed to be taken down and cut into firewood. Adrian and his team -- only two others, so I nicknamed them The Three Amigos -- did a fantastic job! 🥳 Our trees look great and as Tyler explained when providing us a quote, we won't have to have the trees serviced again for at least 3 years so it was well worth the $ spent. The clean-up was done well also. And the office staff was professional too throughout the entire process. Tyler even helped provide our neighbor a quote on the same day our trees were being cut/pruned/de-mossed. Kudos to Texas Tree Authority for a great job done all the way around!

Christian, the arborist, and his crew did an outstanding job clearing the large oaks and overgrown trees in our front and backyard. We appreciate the care taken while on our property, especially given the size and height of our oak trees. Chris was very responsive in answering all of our questions and returning our calls promptly. The crew did a great job fulfilling everything we requested. Highly recommended.

David was informative when he came out to provide us a quote. When his team came out to complete the job, they were polite, worked efficiently, and even cleaned up after themselves—I came home and my front porch was swept and cleaned…cleaner than it was when they arrived.

Our trees look great, and in a few years when we need to trim our oak trees again, I will be calling David.

As a professional in the Real Estate industry, I am pleased to recommend Texas Tree Authority to all of my clients I helped purchase their dream homes. Arborist Christian's exceptional expertise has consistently impressed my clients and his deep knowledge combined with a genuine commitment to client satisfaction has made him invaluable. I wholeheartedly endorse Texas Tree Authority for any tree care services.

It was a sad day when we discovered our beautiful tree had been stricken by disease and was subsequently being devoured from the outside in by boring beetles. I called Texas Tree Authority and David Force (a Certified Arborist) came to my home to validate, that indeed, the tree had suffered irreparable damage. Heartbroken as my wife and I were, we began the process of preparing for the worst... total tree removal. David was sympathetic and caring as he described the next steps and relieved the anxiety any homeowner experiences when losing a friend that provided so much pleasure throughout the years. His team of experienced craftsmen removed this centenarian tree effortlessly causing zero damage to our yard or home. You wouldn't notice that they were ever here. The entire team, including David, were fantastic and I can't praise them enough for their skills and professionalism.

We have used four or five tree trimming companies over the years trying to find one that delivers on sometimes lofty promises of arborist knowledge and excellent service. And we have been sorely disappointed over the years. Until now.

From our initial meeting with arborist David Force to watching Santos and his crew work, Texas Tree Authority did all they had promised and more. Our trees have never looked so good. David was present during the beginning, middle, and end of the service and REALLY knows his trees. Santos and his crew were tireless in trimming the trees and were always friendly and knowledgeable if I or my wife had a question or a suggestion.

Unlike other tree trimming companies in which I felt I needed to be watching all the time . . . after about 20 minutes, I realized the folks at Texas Tree Authoity knew exactly what they were doing. A very pleasant surprise!

Would I use Texas Tree Authority again? In a heartbeat! As a matter of fact, they will be back out in the spring to help us plant a new tree for a red oak that had died and had to be removed.

We had a great experience with Texas Tree Authority. Damien was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the work being done. The crew was efficient, respectful of the property, and left everything clean afterward.

Highly recommend Damien and the team if you’re looking for quality tree service done right!

Christian’s crew he sent out were absolutely amazing and true professionals. They made sure to put safety as priority, I was glad to see them tied off in case of any problems, need hats and all. We had many tall trees and they trimmed every one of them beautifully. They worked perfectly together, even cleaning up along the way. I was truly impressed with these guys!! They found no obstacle they couldn’t handle. What a great team!

I hired Texas Tree Authority to trim and prune a large live oak tree in our backyard. David Force (Certified Arborist) came to our home and evaluated the tree. He made recommendations on the type of work that was needed. David, was very knowledgeable. Santos and crew were very professional and did a great job trimming the tree. The tree is 60 to 70 feet tall and it was amazing to watch them perform the work at those heights. They left stacked firewood behind and cleaned up both mine and my neighbor's yard since the limbs from the tree hung over to their side. We would highly recommend their service and will use them again in the future.

I would highly recommend Texas Tree Authority if you need any tree work done. From the quoting process with Christian to final completion everyone was professional. The crew lead by Santos was excellent in how they worked and the safety used during the process. They made my trees look nice and provide more natural light into my backyard. Before leaving, they raked my yard and left it looking great. Thank you Santos and crew!

Texas Tree Authority did an outstanding job clearing several large oak trees that came down during a recent storm, along with multiple cedar trees. From start to finish, the crew was professional and efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing.

David, the lead certified arborist on the job, was fantastic. He communicated clearly, assessed the situation thoroughly, and made sure everything was handled safely and correctly. You could tell the team took real pride in their work — they worked quickly but carefully, and the cleanup afterward was excellent.

Storm damage can be stressful, but this crew made the whole process smooth and worry-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Texas Tree Authority to anyone needing expert tree removal or storm cleanup. Truly top-notch service.

We are very pleased with our experience with Texas Tree Authority. Arborist, David, was recommended to us so we reached out to him to come out to access the condition of our trees. He was out the next day and was very knowledgeable and professional with his review of all our trees. He took the time to explain and answer questions as well as give us guidance on next steps. He has continued to be very quick to respond to our additional questions.

Santos and his crew trimmed and pruned our trees. Santos took the time to allow me to express my wishes and he supported my requests. There were (4) on the team and they each did a fantastic job. They cleaned up all debris and were very meticulous with their work.

Exceeded our expectations and highly recommend!

David from Texas Tree Authority did a great job from start to finish. He explained their services, showed me what my trees needed, and went above and beyond in writing a letter to my insurance company in response to the request to over trim the trees. On cut day the crew worked efficiently and professionally allowing me to ask questions as needed or explaining anything they were doing. The crew went beyond what was expected by trimming my hedges, removing a dead (builder grade) tree, and thoroughly cleaning fallen limbs from the HOA greenbelt against the back of my house all at no additional cost. While the overall price is not something to scoff at, you get what you pay for. A knowledgeable and friendly arborist who is easy to communicate with and perfectly willing to answer any off-the-wall plant questions and a trim crew that is great at what they do and dedicated to customer satisfaction. I will definitely recommend and choose Texas Tree Authority for any and all tree work in the future.

We contacted Texas Tree Authority after receiving a "mailing" in late December. We knew our oaks needed some work to stay healthy. I was very impressed after reading their reviews, and decided to give them a call. At this point, we only had until 1/31/26, to get the job completed (due to citywide restrictions because of Oak Wilt). Tyler came out for our consult. He was prompt, professional and thoroughly answered all our questions. Thankfully, they were able to get us on their schedule in time to meet our deadline.

Santos and his crew arrived this morning and did an awesome job for us! The trees look great, and they cleaned up and removed all the resulting brush (and even removed a small pile we had accumulated)! I am very impressed with both their work and professionalism. I will definitely contact and use them again.
They get my highest recommendation for anyone needing tree work!
