Tree reviews in San Antonio, Texas

Will and his crew did an excellent job pruning and trimming our trees! They were courteous, efficient, and left home site completely clean. I’ll use them again!

From the very first meeting to the very end of my project, Tyler made me feel very important. His professionalism and positive attitude added to the overall great experience. Despite the fact that my project was much more than anticipated, the guys showed up each day motivated to get the job done. Brandon, Dillon, Santos and the crew have all impressed me greatly and I appreciate their hard work! My yard looks amazing and my 200 year-old Oaks are thriving, see you guys again in another 5 years! I highly recommend Texas Tree Authority for all your tree needs. Thank you all, Dr. Naz

Texas Tree Authority earned our business from the very first interaction. I submitted an online quote request and received a response within an hour. By the end of the day, Tyler was at our property assessing the work. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what our six trees (oaks and stubborn cedar) needed and why.

We received a detailed quote within two hours of his visit and it was fair and reasonable. For comparison, another company stopped by later, didn’t walk the property, and threw out an outrageous number without a plan. The difference in professionalism was obvious.

TTA scheduled us just before an incoming ice storm, showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left the yard spotless. The cleanup was excellent.

We’re extremely happy with the quality of work and pricing. Highly recommend Texas Tree Authority if you need tree trimming in San Antonio. They also offer a military discount.

Pro tip: Pay by ACH to avoid the credit card processing fee.

Great knowledge of trees and what is needed to keep them healthy. Very professional team - very happy with the work and care of my trees.

Alex and his crew did a great job trimming my neighbors tree and my tree, they clean up after themselves and leave the area clean. Really recommend them.

Alex from Good Arbor did a great job getting rid of the 2 trees that needed to be removed from my back yard. He went above and beyond and took some dead trees as well. Great work!

Alex and his crew took great care of my 100 year oak in the front yard. It is the signature tree of my yard and maybe even the neighborhood. They not only maintained it for looks, but instructed me on what they were doing to ensure the health and wellbeing of the tree for years to come. Thank you!

Buyer beware. Ensure that they finish the job before you pay them. Also, you may want to keep an eye on them. Make sure they don’t cut off large tree branches they don’t need to be cut off and if they cut a tree down for you and say they’re going to grind the stump down to ground level. Make sure they do it my stump still sitting there waiting. Enjoy your day.

Alex and his team were very professional and thorough. Alex gave me a great quote price and helped me clean up my trees. Excellent job. Thank you.

These guys are very knowledgeable on what the trees need to be their healthiest. Very quick and professional. I'll definitely use them again next year.

Our trees look great after not being trimmed in years! Alex did a excellent job for a fair price, we will definitely use his services again.

If you are in the market for a fair and honest service for tree pruning, etc., in my opinion this is it. They gave me an honest and fair quote. They were also able to perform the service when I was available and they were very thorough. It felt like a legitimate positive experience, so if you’re needing these services, do give them a shot!

Alex and his team are the best in the business! Super fast response time, great work at a fair price. When my customers need Tree services I only recommend GOOD ARBOR!

Thank you Alex for the quick turnaround on a job another Tree Service couldn't finish!
I appreciate it!!
Keep up the great work!

Alex and his crew did a phenomenal job! From trimming to clean up...it doesn’t get any more professional than that! I’m writing this for my husband who was completely pleased with their work. Trust me, that speaks volumes! Do not hesitate to hire Alex, we highly recommend him!

These guys did a great job for my elderly mom. She loves her shady back yard but needed the trees to be trimmed back. Alex and his guys removed just what necessary. We are very satisfied customers and will definitely call Alex again.

Outstanding service. Had a 45 yr old Arizona Ash tree which broke in half during heavy winds. The quote was reasonable. Hackberry tree cut down at the same time. Tree climber had to walk on our house roof plus neighbors roof to remove branches. Our insurance adjuster was present and impressed with work and clean up job. She would of hired them but lives in Houston. They are professional, punctual, efficient , did excellent job and would use them again!

Five Star ++ Service. Very responsive, quick and clean. Alex and his crew were great to do business with. They removed two 40ft. Palms trees and trimmed up another. The tree climber scaled those trees like a well seasoned logger. Very impressive! Highly skilled and highly recommended. Pricing was quite reasonable. Very satisfied with the results.

Great service! Got lucky with these guys, called and they came same day to give quote, and they were able to cut my ridiculously overgrown tree right on spot! Competitive pricing, excellent job done super fast, friendly, professional, and they cleared the debris. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks so much Alex! We'll be calling you for the next service needed!

I called these guys on a Saturday later in the afternoon and they came out to look at our tree early Sunday. Super cool, sweet, humble, and genuine group of men. I am absolutely 1000% pleased with the work that was done. Very clean work. I've had some pretty bad experiences with other companies and I wasn't sure what to expect. Ideally we all have expectations on how we want our yard to look when all is said and one. My expectations were beyond exceeded. I highly recommend. I will definitely be using these guys for future removals!
