Tree reviews in San Antonio, Texas

Very impressed with the quick and quality job done. We had 3 trees removed and another shaped up. Alex was so friendly and helpful. We will absolutely use TreeWise for any future tree care.

I recently used Good Arbor for tree trimming, and I couldn't be happier! Their team was incredibly professional, arrived on time, and worked efficiently to trim my trees. The cleanup was thorough; they left my yard spotless. I highly recommend them for any tree trimming needs. Thanks for the excellent service!"

I had a great experience with Goob Arbor! They came out to inspect a large tree on my property and provided a thorough, honest assessment. Alex was knowledgeable, on time, and explained everything clearly. I appreciated his professionalism and would definitely recommend them for any tree-related needs.

Alex and his crew were very efficient, professional, and went above and beyond after trimming back trees behind my neighbors fence line. They went above and beyond by picking up all the small branches, and blowing the leaves off of my turf in the the front and backyard. Due to the value for the work done & quality, I would highly recommend them.

Super friendly and flexible! We scheduled a consult meeting and he walked me through the various services offered and the ones I should strongly consider (all of which were priced very reasonably). We then scheduled tree services and when his team showed up, I wouldn’t have known they arrived if I didn’t have a text lol all to say that they were pretty quiet and my neighbor didn’t notice a thing. Alex even walked me through the work that was done to confirm the service was to my liking as well as per code requirements. This level of customer service & satisfaction is rare, and I can’t thank Alex and his team enough. Looking forward to future projects and working together more!

We asked for a bid last week on a days worth of tree trimming and clean up. They set up a time to do the estimate. Later, they asked for pictures instead of visiting which we were happy to provide despite the lengthy time it took to do. We are still waiting for their quote five days later after asking for it again. We are unhappy with the commitment and professional demonstrated. We will pass on them in the future.

Alex did an amazing job! I had a large tree in my front yard that needed a good trim, he took care of it quickly, professionally, and with great care. The cleanup was spotless with convenient pricing. I highly recommend Alex’s tree service to anyone looking for reliable, expert tree care. Thanks again!

Alex is great, and he keeps his word! If gives you a date he will be there. He responds to text messages and his employees cared about our property. I highly recommend him and will continue to use him in the future! Please see before and after picture, much better than expected!!

I had several quotes for a tree removal but Alex made the best impression, and for good reason. He worked around my schedule to get the job done, even when I wasn’t able to be home for the service. He showed up the next day and had the tree down in a couple of hours. His crew left no signs that they were even there other than the video recorded on my ring camera. His prices are affordable compared to most of the quotes I received, and I had the piece of mind that came with his licensure, insurance, and customer-oriented approach to his business. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him if you are considering any tree services.

If you have to lose a beautiful tree, at least it's a relief to have an honest, experienced arborist take care of it. Alex was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, professional, and even empathetic to our loss. Thank goodness we followed his advice, since the fungus had rotted parts of the base of the tree. We will definitely call him for any of our future tree needs!

Alex helped me trim my tree in May of 2025! He and his helper worked hard until the job was done. From the time I reached out, Alex was quick to respond and quickly scheduled himself to provide a quote and was able to come back to complete the job within the same week! Most companies I reached out to were at least a week out before being able to do the work. His work was clean and my tree looked beautiful! He was also the more reasonably priced quote I received and showed the utmost care for his work and customer satisfaction!

We were very pleased with the quick response to trim and remove a dead tree in our yard. The workmanship and the reasonable prices and expertise and customer services was outstanding. I would highly recommend them for future trimming and tree services.
