Reliable Air

Purchased a new central air unit back in 2020. We wanted to go bigger since our home wasn't cooling good in summer. We'll the man said what we have I think 3 ton was good enough. First if I'm not mistaken if you buy a unit they are supposed to put new ducts will they didn't and since 2020 every year something goes out a condenser or coils.we have a 3 bed 2 bath house and with the central running we also have 5 window units to keep our house comfortable. the excuse is it's just hot outside. no our old system kept out home cool even in triple digits. 11,000 down the drain paid in cash. our neighbor just got a new 4 ton in a smaller house then ours and all new ducting and insulation for what we paid 4 years ago. really disappointed

These folks do what they say they're going to do! They were patient in answering all of our questions, worked with our schedules, communicated regularly with updates. Was having AC issues, and in this heat, it's desperately needed. Called it in the morning and by lunch they had sent out a guy named Alex, well informed and talked it all out as he was checking out the unit. He found the problem and was able to get the whole thing up and running again. Great service and well priced. I'll definitely be using them again.
