Very pleased with the work from this company! The owner was very attentive and nice and his team was also excellent. The team that repaired our AC units and duct work were professional and a pleasure to have around. I highly recommend and will be absolutely using them in the future!!

Adam was Very patient, he answered all my questions, my doubts.
Adam explained in detail the system and what needed to be done. I followed him everywhere becuase I wanted to learn and he was a good professor 8 must say. Very knowledgeable, sincere and hardworking. I am going to stick to this one for future issues. I did share his company information with all my neighbors and I will share with coworkers to call him in case of future issues with their a/c. I can assure I am a happy customer.

Guy came out to my house for AC issues.. was very rude and what I considered to be very unprofessional. My biggest concern is that the house has already been confirmed to have a *minor* carbon monoxide leak, yet this potentially very dangerous issue went unnoticed in the invoice report I received. Will not be using this company or recommending them to anyone in the future.

Fast, Prompt and courteous service, they showed up in a very reasonable amount of time. They were fast at diagnosing the problem and making the repairs. Great price. Would highly recommend them, I will use them for any future ac needs we have!

I had to replace a 20 year old air conditioning system. The service I received was great. The work was done in one day. I received a follow-up visit and phone call to verify that everything was working correctly. I would recommend this company.

I had an emergency problem with my heater. It caught on fire and Cowboy Cooling came and replaced my whole system and had it up and running within 24 hours. They helped me getting financing. I am very impressed with this company and their employees.

We called Cowboy Cooling and Home Services for maintenance on our American Standard thermostat. Adam, the technician, promptly came out and all that was needed was a lesson in how to program the fan function! I can't say enough good things about this company and the honesty of the employees they have on board. Adam said there would not be a charge for his service. He could have said we needed a new thermostat, and we would have never known the difference! The integrity of this company is why we chose them to install our HVAC system to begin with.

This was the second time I had the A/C system replaced in my home and this time with Adam & Cowboy Cooling was 100% better then any other person/ company I have ever dealt with in the past. Adam is very knowledgeable and will also break everything down and explains it well to someone like me who doesn’t know much of anything about these units. Thank you Adam for everything.

I wish I could give zero stars. Between a Friday no-show and a Sunday 'disappearing act. I’m Extremely disappointed with Cowboy Cooling. After a no-show on Friday night, I was told they had an accident and rescheduled for Sunday morning. The technician arrived, said he was going outside to check the unit, and then simply drove away without a word. I sat inside for two hours thinking he was working, only to realize he was gone. When I called the office, they promised to find out what happened and call me back, but I never heard from them again. They charged a service fee and provided zero service. I would not recommend this company

Adam is the best. Cowboy cooling got out to my house extremely fast compared to other companies in the past. Adam walked me through everything that was going on and upfront about pricing. He got the job done quickly and professionally. I have other properties and will definitely use and recommend them to everyone. Thank you Adam and Cowboy cooling for a job well done.

Cowboy cooling was very professional. They answered and returned my calls promptly. They arrived on time. They actually let me know that they were on their way which is very helpful so that way I can make sure I was home when they got there. They did an awesome job. Would definitely recommend them and definitely use them next time I need any AC work. Thank you cowboy cooling.

01/26/26 – TRUE HEROES: Robert came out to fix an issue with our AC system during a freeze, when demand was high and conditions were challenging. He was professional, calm, and thorough, clearly explaining the problem and the solution while working efficiently to get everything back up and running. He made sure the system was fully operational before leaving, and his reliability and competence in a critical situation made a real difference. We’re very grateful and would absolutely recommend this company.

My HVAC unit completely stopped working last night, and Cowboy Cooling was able to schedule a service diagnosis for the very next morning. Robert called to let me know he was on his way, and he and Keith were both very professional and thorough when diagnosing the issue. They found that the problem was a blown fuse, but they didn’t stop there—they looked over the entire system, checking the unit inside and out as well as the thermostat to make sure everything was working properly. I really appreciated how detailed, reassuring, and professional they were. Excellent service and great communication from start to finish. Cowboy Cooling is and always will be my first choice when it comes to my HVAC system.

We were assigned this company through American First Home Warranty to install a brand new AC unit. Within one week of installation, the unit completely stopped working. I attempted to contact Cowboy Cooling for three days using multiple phone numbers and received no response, despite having a 30-day installation warranty.

Because we were without AC, had a baby in the heat, and had already paid $7,000, I was forced to contact another company for help. When Cowboy Cooling eventually responded, they stated they had been out sick with COVID. While I understand that illness happens, a simple text message or quick update would have gone a long way.

Additionally, no one informed us that we were responsible for registering the manufacturer warranty on the new unit. That is something that should be clearly communicated to customers, especially those who have never been through this process before.

Despite the 30-day installation warranty, there seemed to be no urgency or willingness to correct the issues. The second company found a broken motor and an exposed wire on a one-week-old unit that had been installed by contractors who were not certified.

If you work hard for your money and $7,000 is a significant investment for your family, I strongly suggest considering other options. The lack of communication and compassion throughout this experience was extremely disappointing.
