Sam provided excellent customer service, which is very rare these days. He responded so quickly to my text messages and calls that I was shocked! Especially since this is a hot summer and a lot of people need service. Highly recommend this company and make sure you ask for Sam.

Thompson HVAC came out and repaired my old system until we could purchase a new one. After a couple years, we were able to purchase a new ac unit with their help with financing. Everything worked great for a couple weeks, it quit working and we were told to pay an additional $500 for parts. They got it running for another week, it broke own again. They wanted another $500. We refused to pay them again. The business owner Sam and his friends harassed us for over 2 years now. Dont use this company!
