Let's face it, if your A/C is going to go out it is going to be on a weekend and during triple digit weather. EJ & Son's got my new unit ordered and installed quickly and professionally.

My husband and I are incredibly grateful for the fine work that E J & Sons did for us. After another HVAC company botched a fix and we suffered an entire winter without a heater they came in and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes and were incredibly professional. They have earned a customer for life!

I needed to have someone come out to check ac system as water was dripping from ceiling. Samuel came out and checked system and blew out stopped up waste water line. That same day my squirrel cage blower in the attic went out. I called right at quitting time but he came right out. The next day replaced the blower. Quality job, reasonable price.

Had a capacitor fail on one of my A/C units the night before. Called them the next morning and had someone out within two hours. They replaced the part and serviced my other units. Saved me time and the cost was more than reasonable for the services provided. Thanks.

We been in our house for 8 years and have had to have EJ and Sons come out about six times due to evaporator coil issues (not originally installed by them). They are always polite and timely. They always come out the next day and sometimes the same day if I call them early enough. They have also gone the extra mile and called the manufacturer and been able to negotiate reduced price or free replacement parts even though no longer under warranty.
We are going to build again in about 3 years and I will insist to general contractor that EJ and Sons do my HVAC system.

I called after business hours, did not leave a message. The owner called me back within 30 minutes and an hour later I believe it was Sam that came out at 9pm on a Friday night. Polite, kind, informative, explained. Got us working for the time being. Recommended evaporator coils as that was what was failing but explained the future of such an old system. The diligence and professionalism, greatly appreciated. Can't wait to have an entire new system installed.

I will begin by saying No one told me of the service fee and how much it was Up front 2nd the Service guy was here less than 5 mins and Never Touch the Ac until 98 and change later send me a bill ..I don't mind paying but warn your customers next time ..for me there will not be a next time
His ears said oh yea it's the barring and said he would get me a quote ..I actually had to call back to get several days later ...

Bart came and did my annual HVAC maintenance. He did a fantastic job and was very professional. He explained clearly what he did as part of the service and also provided guidance on what to expect in the future considering the age of my HVAC. Overall great customer service!

Alex came on time, inspected thoroughly, and fixed our A/C. He made recommendations for our aging system, but was not pushy at all. I highly recommend them. Proffesional, personable, and friendly. Cost of repair was competitive.

Very prompt emergency service. Diagnosed serious A/C issues. A previous A/C repairman from a different company came out and only added Freon without doing a pressure check. Alex was very through in checking all units and determined we have a serious leak. He was knowledgeable about manufacturer issues with the system and gave good honest recommendations for repair or replacement. I will use this company for my A/C upgrade.

Honest, punctual, professional. We’ve had our fair share of shady AC companies and this is NOT one of them. They were honest and upfront about things that our AC needed and would be ok to hold off on for another year or 2.
