Josh and his whole team were very professional and were only a phone call away when we had questions! The guys showed up to work and finished a 2 day job in 1 day which really was impressive! I would recommend SouthCoast Heat & Air to anyone looking to cool or heat their home!

SouthCoast has been extremely pleasant to deal with. Matt came out and was able to see first hand what the issue is with my unit and schedule the proper repair. The professionalism that SouthCoast operates at is well beyond the normal conduct of other's. If you need A/C work, call Southcoast, you will not regret it. I would give more stars if that was an option. Thanks SouthCoast!!!

Nothing but Great stuff to report on South Coast Heating and Air. Alex, Daniel, and the whole crew were a pleasure to deal with. The original to dismantle and re-install was to be 6 to 8 hours. The crew had it installed and running after only 4 hours. Alex came back to check installation, pressures, temperatures, and customer satisfaction. I am Very Appreciative of the Entire South Coast Crew!

They took the time to come up with an excellent plan for hvac in an old home where there was not previously any system. This house was a challenge with very little to no attic space but they found creative ways to make it work and still look good. Prices were fair. Easy to work with. I have no complaints.

Dealing with SouthCoast Heat and Air is a pleasure from start to finish. Their office personnel are professional and responsive. They confirm the appointment several times and you receive a text with a photo of the technician. Our technician, Matt, was professional, knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend this company.

Our furnace had given out after 22 years and our central A/C unit was on death's door at 14 years, so I invited five Galveston-area HVAC companies to prepare quotes for both a new A/C + furnace combo and an electric heat pump that would both heat and cool.

South Coast's representative, Joseph, was easily the most informative and responsive to my followup questions over the next several days. He spent 45 minutes with me after the walk-through, explaining the pros and cons of going from a gas furnace and electrical A/C unit to a heat pump that would both heat and cool. After research and my conversation with Joseph, we decided to go with South Coast and a heat pump.

The pump required an electrical upgrade to our very old house. The electrician Joseph recommended did excellent work, and Joseph's crew came out the following day and stayed until 6:30pm to finish the installation. After the installer said the condenser was noisier than it should have been, South Coast sent a technician the following morning, who recommended the unit be replaced, and it was, within four hours.

South Coast also offered an attractive, no-interest financing package and competitive pricing.

I was impressed by South Coast's professionalism and responsiveness. We're relieved to have an HVAC company we can trust.

This group was awesome. They diagnosed, quoted, and replaced my AC in 3 days, OVER A HOLIDAY WEEKEND!!! They will have my business and recommended to all my family and friends. Clean, friendly, and very respectful of me and my home. I cant say enough.

Just for info I purchase a new A/C unit from SouthCoast air & heat In Santa Fe, Tx. Since day one the unit has been subpar. Had them out 2/3 times when I bought it The Heat will not raise above 72 Degrees when it is in the 30's It takes the unit 2 hours or so to get temp to 72 Degrees. They claim the unit is working to Manufactures Spec. Now South Coast air and heat will not return my calls So beware of them. Unit that was sold to me was either too small or it is just a subpar unit. When is in the 20'S unit will run continually. So, if looking for service I suggest you call someone else.

Matt was amazing. He was professional, friendly, and thorough. He had to return with a part and worked around my schedule. I would recommend him to anyone. I had a great experience with Matt and this company.

The scheduler called to see if Daniel could come earlier than expected. We were so glad. That NEVER happens. He was friendly efficient and left NO MESS! I've used this company twice and referred a friend. !!

One of the best experiences I've had with any type of contractor! They quoted me a fantastic price for a new AC unit (a top of the line model), showed up at exactly the time they committed to and performed the job in less than 6 hours. They were professional, left no mess and I can't be more pleased with their work. I HIGHLY recommend them for any AC work that you need done!

Every time I call, they have someone out the next day. Very professional, courteous, and, not only arrive on time, but also call if they can come earlier. Technician wears a mask, adheres to sanitation standards, and follows CDC social distancing guidelines without being asked. Explains the issue clearly and answers all my questions. Reasonable rates and rate dropped after first visit for any additional visits. Great Company!!!

Had them come out to install a smart thermostat. Glad I did because my system had to be rewired from the unit in the attic. Toby, the tech that arrived to do my install was great. Punctual, professional and very knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend Southcoast to anyone. They did a great job!

Alex showed up earlier than scheduled which we appreciated! He did a full check and let me know what all he did and how he did it. He was very thorough and helpful for steps for how to keep ac and heater up to high functioning standards. Will be using them for regular check ups

Alex Tobey is an amazing tech. He came out after hours even after we canceled. Alex wanted to make sure everything was good and working. He is a wonderful person and very caring. We will recommend him to any and every one.

South Coast replaced both of our systems and did a great job. Joseph, who is the owner of the company, was with us from start to finish. Very knowledgeable, technically savvy, very professional and also humble. His primary goal was never to sell us the systems and make the money but helping us to understand the basics of a system and components of a system and then to help us understand our issues and needs and then help us to get to where we decided to go and can go. It was one of few great shopping experiences that I had in my entire life. The install crew chief Carlos and his crew was top notch. If you do have questions, just ask them, let them know and you can be sure that you will get an answer. If you have concerns, let them know and it will be addressed and taken care off. It has been a week and I am still getting calls or messages from them to check on their work and our satisfaction. This is too hard to find in today's world.

They were professional from taking our call to coming out and fixing our problem. They were quick to get us on their schedule and they didnt have a 4 hour window like most places, they had a 1 hour which was very convenient for us. The technician explained everything and when I asked a question that was outside what we had called about, she made the time to educate me and gave us the information we need to make a decision later - not pressuring us. Truly grateful!
