After hurricane Beryl we had issues with power to our house. After calling several companies that weren’t able to get out to us for weeks out, my husband called Five Electric and they came out that evening. Turns out we needed a new breaker box and we had also request to burry the lines. They gave us a very reasonable quote and said they could be out in three days. We heard from them they next morning stating that they would be over with in a few hours. Mr Pedro, the owner, said that he did not feel comfortable waiting, for our safety, with the condition our box was in. His sons, Pedro Jr and Victor, did an amazing job and were very thorough and excellent at communicating their progress through out the day. Mr. Pedro Sr and son Luis came to inspect the job at the end of the day and made sure we were happy with the work before they left. I will be recommending them to everyone in need of an electrician in the future.

I was referred to this team for some electrical work at my townhome and am so thankful I went with them. Luis and his team went above and beyond to replace breakers that were really old. I spoke with him Tuesday evening and he travelled into Houston by Wednesday early morning to get started. They were really responsive and explained everything that needed to be done. I live out of state so I felt reassured knowing it was getting fixed asap. They also tested everything for my tenant before leaving. Thank you so much again and I highly recommend them!

Pedro and his team are professional, tidy, quick, and reasonable! They serviced our electric needs during hurricane Beryl and repaired and restored our power after 8 days of no power due to storm damage. We had 5 Electric come out and check out the wiring issues on our house and the
fixed issues with electric panel and replaced all outlets in our house plus replace 7 ceiling fans. They were on time and did a great job....we are going to use them on other things in the future.

I requested Pedro and his sons come out for a main panel relocation from indoors to outdoors with interlock generator receptacle to the exterior of my home. Five Star came over and gave me a competitive quote which allowed me wiggle room to upgrade the panel previously quoted. The work and cleanup was 2nd to none. The crew was polite and accommodating by answering any of my questions. They take time to explain why things should be a certain way. This family is all about serving their neighbors and take pride in being part of the Santa Fe community. I highly recommend this family for any residential electrical repairs or modifications. I called Five Electric last Friday 9/5/25 afternoon and they responded immediately. They came over that evening and assessed my situation with our extra panel that feeds the pool and backyard kitchen/patio. Gave me an estimate and they promised that they would come back on Monday and that everything would be complete that day. I had a new upgraded panel installed and extra outlet for patio, surge protector for main panel and replaced gfci outlet with box on outdoor column. Extremely happy with service provided and pool is back up and running before 1:30pm

I would highly recommend this company. Everyone at this business are so nice and very helpful. They have went out of their way to make sure every thing was fixed. They have really great prices.

AC went out and called after 6pm. Tech came out quickly and diagnosed the issue fast. Had a solution to fix the problem within 20 minutes. The tech had to go get the needed parts and was back in an hour and got the AC working. Cost for after hours service was very reasonable to say the least. Thank you for the fast and professional help.

We had used Absolute P&M Services before for our air conditioning needs and really like them. So, we called them because we are now having issues with our furnace. They are always very helpful and courteous!

I have an old house with old plumbing and had a toilet leaking under my flooring. Called them mid day Thursday they showed up first thing Friday. Even texted that they were on the way and showed up on time. Fixed my toilet in about 30 minutes. Now I don't have to think about the leak again. I appreciate the quick and thorough service!! I highly recommend Absolute Plumbing. We are in an older house and have needed them a lot... from the sewage line to the garbage disposal clog...they are great and available in a timely manner everytime!
