I had a leak at my water meter and was in a panic when the city called me and said it’s on your side and we turned the water off! I am very pleased with my service from Gold Medal today. I called in the morning and my problem was fixed by the afternoon. Fisher, the owner called with updates and let me know when his guys would arrive.Charlie and Justin did a great job, cleaned up after and gave me a fair price. I highly recommend Gold Medal because they made feel comfortable and a PRIORITY! 👍

My Plumber of 25 years retired and Gold Metal Plumbing was recommended to me. I spoke to Fisher on the phone about a galvanized toilet flange and drain that was beyond my skills to repair. They got me in quickly on the schedule with text updates also. 2 professional respectful plumbers showed up on time, gave me a free estimate explaining in detail the job and warranty. They started the job and completed the new flange repair and installed the new toilet. Looks great and done right. Now i can finish the rest of my bathroom remodel. Guess i just found my Plumber for the next 25 years.

I was having issues with my sewage lines being clogged all the time so I called The Plumber. Kathy was very nice on the phone and put me on the next availability. Chris the master plumber spent time figuring out what the best solution would be for my problem. We discovered the sewage was still on a septic system and opted to bypass that and route the sewage lines to the city sewage. Every time I've interacted with Chris and his crew they have been very professional always going above and beyond. Chris is good honest people and does right by his customers. I have dealt with quite a few plumbers in the Galveston county area for past projects but Chris has always stood out as a genuinely good and honest person that is just interested in doing quality work. Do your due diligence and shop around, but I am confident you won't be disappointed with Chris and his crew.

I had a clogged sink which had rendered my kitchen completely useless. I was referred to The Overall Plumber by a friend on Facebook and before lunch they were at my house. Chris (the owner) and his crew were extremely friendly and explained to me exactly what was going on with my pipes. Chris' team did a great job and worked hard to fix my issue. I recommend them every chance I get because I know that he'll do just as good a job for my friends as he did for me.

Had a slow draining sink and looked for a plumber on here and gave em a shot. They were on time and knocked out the clog no problem, they even helped my Mom carry in the groceries! Talk about bribing us for a good review! :p Also had a great talk with Chris, one of the two that came out.

After the winter storm, The Plumber responded much faster than any other companies did. They got my water running very quickly, in such a time of need. I must say that my experience with using “The Plumber” was over the top. When I called for an appointment the receptionist was very well spoken, polite and was able to get me an appointment within my schedule. I was given a 2 hour waiting time but the plumber did call ahead of time to let me know when he would be on his way. That gave me ample time to leave work and meet him at my home. Once Edward reviewed the plumbing tasks I needed, he carefully explained what was going on and how he would fix the issues at hand. He gave me a fair quote on the spot and was able to repair everything I asked for that same afternoon. Their work is totally professionally and they carefully cleaned up the work areas when completed. Thanks “Mr. Plumber”, Edward, Philip and Eric…you’re the best!

We’ve had to use The Overall Plumber 2 times in the past few months. Our garbage disposal broke a month after buying our new house and Chris and his crew arrived immediately to help fix the problem. We were 1 of thousands who had a busted pipe after the Texas Freeze, we contacted them via Facebook and they message back and was in our attic the very next day. They are always very helpful to us, honest, and do great work. Highly recommend for any plumber needs.

Fantastic experience and an extremely great price. We had to have an old, broken up concrete sewer line removed and replaced but the kicker is that another company completed a separate section and laid new sewer line on top of our broken concrete line rather than just replacing it at the time. The overall plumber said that they might have to charge extra if they found something unusual but they held true to their extremely low bid. I'd hire them again and they'll be my go to plumber from now on.

We needed work done to finish our master bath. We are still recovering after hurricane Harvey. Chris came out and gave us an estimate. Very straight forward, gave a fair estimate and was able to come the next day to do the work. While doing the original work I asked if he could do a shower pan that we originally thought our contractor was doing. He gave me an estimate and also did the work the same day. His guys were very professional, nice and considerate in keeping their work mess to a minimum. They covered the floors to protect them ( even though the floors were not finished and it wasn't necessary). I was just very impress with the entire experience. I will definitely be using his company for future work and recommend him to others.
