The Service I recieved exceeded my expectations. Chris was very Professional from the first meeting and was able to get to my location several hours ahead of schedule. He was done with the job fairly quickly and was able to get the system online. I’m very impressed with the service and I would highly recommend his service in the future to anyone who is in need of a Professional and Efficient Plumbing Job.

From the moment I called everyone was friendly and helpful. Chris came out and gave me a quote and had me on the schedule two days later to fix a shower leak. They were on time, fast, efficient, and did quality work. They will definitely be our go to when more plumbing issues arise.

I used Overall Plumbing for the first (but not last) time yesterday. I was in desperate need of a plumber and they were able to come out the same day. The 2 technicians that came out were very polite, explained my options, and completed the job in a very timely manner. I will most definitely call them again when I need their services and will recommend them to anyone that is in need of a good plumbing company. 😊

“Overall” sent a plumber at 6PM on Friday of a holiday weekend. It wasn’t freezing (yet) but I broke a pipe inside the wall of my garage while trying to remove a hose attached to a patio faucet. The location was a disaster but Saint (the Plumber) made sure everything was safe, water was off, and he returned Sunday to get it capped off and the water turned back on. Surprise! Monday morning my main sewer drain line backed up into the bathtub- that’s always a memorable event. Drizzling rain, thirty-five degrees on a holiday morning, Saint & a helper wrestled with the clogged drain - from the roof of the house! - and got it cleared out and draining freely again. And while they were there for the drain, they managed to remove enough old, brittle, splitting PVC pipe in the garage wall to fix the original break and install a new faucet for the patio. Price? More than reasonable for the man hours and holiday emergency and weather and difficulties involved with working on old homes. “Overall” sent help right when I needed it. Everybody else I called either didn’t respond or couldn’t come until Monday anyway, by which time these guys had everything repaired and cleaned up, and were on their way. Many, MANY thanks to The Overall Plumber.
UPDATE: I’ve had so much trouble with that 30 y.o. PVC I decided to bite the bullet and get the house re-piped with pex. Over All Plumbing sent out three plumbing wizards who got everything installed in a short day, and even cleaned up some ‘creative installation’ from the work 30 years ago. Not only am I very happy with the work, the price was almost $2K lower than the bid from my prior plumbing company. The team was experienced, courteous, thorough, tidy, and left everything clean when they left. Great work! Will definitely recommend.

We have had a hard time finding a good, reliable plumber, but we have now found one in The Plumber! Chris and Phillip came out two days before Christmas to repair a leak in our kitchen sink. They were professional, courteous, wore masks, showed up in the time window we were given, and did the repairs quickly and neatly. They looked above and beyond the small area they were there repairing and even identified a different mistake that the builders had made when installing the garbage disposal and fixed it. They also asked if there was anything else we wanted them to check while there. The price was very reasonable, and you can bet we will be using them from now on!

Chris was incredibly quick at responding to our call. He was personable, forthright and honest. He definitely knew what he was doing and discovered the most likely cause of the problem pretty quickly. We will definitely use and recommend his services in the future.

Discovered we had a propane leak and these folks came out promptly and helped us with our problem. Our house was built almost 30 years ago (my dad was the original plumber) and a few things needed to be updated as well as identifying the leak. They worked diligently to get our propane going again and were very professional and fair with the cost. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Excellent service! Chris went above and beyond! Saved us money and was eager to help with other things. Will continue using them and refer them to family as well!!! So happy! Even fixed our toilet cover and seat!!!! Job exceeded expectations for a reasonable price!! He also replaced our hot water heater years prior and still going strong! His son Dayton recognized one of ours that he went to school with but he also went to school with family across the street. Such a polite young man! Let's not forget about Makayla! I was looking for a water heater supplyline that was 1 in. VS 3/4 inch. No one seemed to have one. I called them and even though they did not have one, Chris found 6 of them and told me exactly where to go and what isle they were on. I could not believe how helpful they were. I sure would call them again for any type if plumbing repair. Also, it was late on Saturday afternoon. I was impressed.

This was a great experience. My wife and I were waiting at home for a different company to come by my next door neighbor's house. Chris done the work on my neighbor's house. Once he was done I asked if he could look at my issue. I told him it would be a simple repair, because I seen where the leak was, and had already removed the sheet rock. He came over and gave me a price, and done the repair. When the repair was complete, he turned the water back on and we still heard a leak. He stayed more than three hours climbing in and out of the attic, and doing repairs. He said he would not leave until we had water to the house. He got water to the house except for the kitchen sink, which they are scheduled to come back and repair next week. I offered to give him extra for the extra time, but he would not except it. He said he gave me a quote. Thank you so much for the work and making a bad experience much more pleasant. The company that I called still has not called me back. If I could I would give the overall plumber 7 stars. I would highly recommend this company.

Was searching for a great reviewed plumber locally, and came across “The Plumber”. From the service, all the way down to the initial interaction with setting up the appointment, they were wonderful to work with. They came early, were reasonably priced, kept us updated during the entire process and corrected the issue quickly. Would definitely recommend this company for any repair and installation.

Remodeling a bathroom and needed the shower head moved up a foot higher. Chris came by and gave me a bid for the work, and pointed out that the previous plumbing needed to modified to help with water pressure.
Saint arrived later that afternoon and got us fixed up.
Prompt service, reasonable price.. what more could you ask?

Chris is a great guy and help me out a couple times. Saved me a little money on re-piping. Offered his guys to work on a Saturday with extra stuff I needs done to save money by just paying them without his overhead… that’s where the integrity issue comes in. They tried to charge me the first time basically the same amount as if I called the company to come out, then on another visit quoted work that I didn’t think all of it was needed and when I was right and they finished they didn’t change what they wanted, I just paid it to be done with it. Fortunately integrity and ethics are important to me and I will not use the company again.

Mr Chris did a great job in the installation of the new toilet at my home. Highly recommend to everyone looking for a great plumber. Very punctual and upfront with his diagnosis of what’s wrong and the route needed to have the situation corrected. While doing the toilet work I also had a concern with my kitchen sink plumbing and he noticed it was needing tightening. Five stars of five stars!!! Great work!!!

We chose The Plumber to install brand new plumbing in our home renovation project. They did a great job! Chris always listened to all of our concerns and even gave us advice on the new walk in shower we were having built. We are pleased with the quality of the work and the cost was reasonable. I can not recommend this company enough! My grandfather's pipes burst over the snow storm. He is 93 years old and has been without water like many people in our community. After other companies put us on weeks long waiting list which I completely understand is due to the situation we are all in we decided to try Overall Plumbing. We contacted them to come out and inspect and fix the pipes. My grandfather has dialysis 3 days a week and had a very limited time and day he would be home to meet them. Although, they were extremely busy they made time to adjust their schedule to come out on the day of the week that best worked for him. This caused them I am sure to have a very long day they. They were kind, respectful, and made my grandfather feel at ease. I want to thank them for their hard work and service to our community. If you are considering who to use for your household needs look no further. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much Overall Plumbing for a job well done.

The Overall Plumber is an amazing company! They are quick, they have VERY competitive pricing and will try and match or beat other estimates. They will work with your ideas and make them happen even if it seems impossible. I called them after my hot water heater started leaking in my attic and they had me fixed up quick and moved it downstairs where I preferred it to be. They also worked with me on payment. I originally called Overall Plumbing last week because I was unable to connect my new faucet to the old connections.
The 2 guys who showed up could not have been more honest or tried harder to take care of my issue.
In fact, they found a connecter piece on their truck, that I had not been able to find, and installed the faucet.
Again, let’s face it, they could have ignored the found piece and simply suggested a big change out, and I would have had to agree.
Fact is, they placed the found part, and even it did not fit perfectly, but it worked.
Well, over the weekend I noticed a wet spot on a paper towel I had placed underneath, and called again for help.
The same crew came back today and investigated the issue, and said, “I don’t see a leak in the connection, just a spot from the top of the sink where water leaked”
See, a second time where they could have suggested just about anything, and I would have had to agree.
We all know most of us are at the mercy of our plumbers, mechanics, A/C and electricians in most cases.
Overall Plumber could not have been better, and I feel blessed to have had a friend recommend them.
Take it from me, someone not gifted with the gift of repair, this company was absolutely perfect.
