The name of the business says it all—they deserve a gold medal. Fisher certainly has a heart of gold. Great experience with them. Came out right away and was very honest, helpful and kind. He even helped a neighbor out in the same visit by letting the neighbor know of a leak. I would happily recommend to anyone needing plumbing services.

My 14-year old water heater stopped working. My daughter recommended Gold Medal Plumbing as they had done substantial work at her clinic. I called them on Monday morning, and they showed up in the afternoon to check the system. After their inspection, they told me what was wrong with it and gave me several options. Since my heater was near its end-of-life, I opted to have a new heater installed. The next day, Fisher and Marshall came with a new water heater, lugged it to a very hot attic in my two-story house and installed it. By that afternoon I had hot water again. Both gentlemen were friendly, courteous, and professional. Communication with them was excellent as they always kept me informed via texts and emails. I was also glad to know that they are a veteran-owned company. I would recommend them to anybody without reservation.

We moved into a new house and had a tankless water heater issue. He fixed the problem and checked and cleaned it. I asked about another potential problem with the garbage disposal. He diagnosed the problem, gave me my options and clearly explained each one. He recommended the cheapest option, which I greatly appreciated. Their service was great, their prices were very good and he didn't try to oversell me on repairs. I highly recommend this company. I am new to this area and they will be the company for all of our plumbing needs. Thank you for outstanding service.

Rachel and her team were great, responsive, timely, and a great value. If I had a single small complaint, I would say a little better communication, but that probably goes both ways, me as well. GMP are most excellent. Job was Finished in record time. Great quality work! GMP was 3 hours early for our appointment, it was greatly appreciated! They beat everyones prices! Super nice people with great communication skills before during and after repairs! Racheal called to follow up to make sure we were satisfied with everything! Fisher even cleaned up dust off the floor after! I said NO leave it plz I will clean up that tiny bit of dust up yet he insisted on vacuuming it up!! He said they clean up their stuff!!!! Wow I'm super duper impressed with how professional they are and how quickly they got the job done! We had a gas leak, meter got pulled and had to have repairs inside as well as outside! GMP came out the very next day!They are super nice and honest People! We will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you GMP y'all are the best! 5☆'s x 10!! Due to great reviews, I called Gold Medal Plumbing on a late Sunday afternoon with an urgent matter. Our spigot broke off and we had to shut our waterline off so we were panicking! No one answered at first. We called several other companies and no one was willing to help without charging a HEFTY weekend fee or they were closed. The feeling of defeat started to set in as we got closer towards the evening. Fortunately, Fisher called us back and he was eager to help! He was very knowledgeable, polite and reassured us that he could get us up and running. He was there within 10 minutes and fixed us up! Recommending Gold Medal Plumbing to everyone I know!

Gold Medal Plumbing is a great company ran by a very professional and patient team. I recently hire them to re-run the entire natural gas system for a home I purchased in Galveston Texas. Their team was very quick to respond, very professional with the estimating process and did exactly what was promised and requested. They did not try to over sell and were extremely efficient with handling the permit and inspection process to complete the job in a timely manner. Highly recommend their team and will be referring their plumbing service to anyone who asks me for recommendations, and of course will be making them my #1 plumbing contact for any work I have in the future.

I was very pleased with the way our sink/faucet installation turned out. He also installed a new garbage disposal system. He definitely takes his time in his work to make sure the job is done right and asked for feedback at the end. Not only that, but was extremely fair priced for his services (compared to other commercial plumbing companies). I would definitely recommend Gold Medal plumbing if your looking for honest prices and quality work.
