    they sent a guy out who said the issue was the sediment trap despite the gas flowing, asked if this would fix the problem with the furnance not working, they said they do not know, decided to get a 2nd opinion from Prioty AC who determined the issue was the motherboard whihc they replaced and the unit is working properly. Not sure these guys know what they are doing.
