I have been a customer of Able Plumbing for a long time. In fact, I have referred them to a number of friends and family. Neither will be happening anymore. I hired them for a simple dishwasher installation. We replaced the current dishwasher (it was leaking) with the an exact model. After finished, the replacement was installed crooked and uneven. I called the office to provide feedback and let them know I was calling one of their competitors to fix it and was told they don't do business that way and to exect a call from the Service Manager. That was 2 weeks ago, and they never called. It appears that is exactly the way they do business.

We’ve used Able before for a clogged drain on Christmas (2019) due to our 2yr old at the time putting a plastic down the toilet, still not sure how it made it into the line as it was from his ball pit, haha, they were there the same day and removed it! Just last week we had a leak on our main line running into the house. The plumber came straight from another call during his lunch break and removed the damaged pipe and installed a new one. We would like to thank Clay Yarborough for performing an outstanding job. Great customer service, professionalism and great pricing! We recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Able Plumbing. I bought a water heater at the big orange and the plumber they wanted me to use quoted me an enormous amount. So I went with Able instead and the final price was less than half of what the big orange plumbers wanted. My new boiler is working great. Able did a solid job.

Abel Plumbing come out to the house and gave me a free estimate of the work that I needed. They was a lot more affordable than the other companies that I got estimates from so I decided to let them do the work. They did an excellent job, walked me through each process, provided me with pictures before and after and cleaned up after they completed the job. All of my plumbing system is working properly now thank you Mr Juan and Kaitlyn @ Abel Plumbing.

We needed to get our water heater replaced and got quotes from a couple of plumbers locally around the Seabrook area. First competitor wanted to charge us $7k to replace our tankless water heater. My husband called Able plumbing and received a quote for around $3k to replace it. You can imagine who we went with. Juan came out to our house and was AMAZING. He communicated every step of the way, was professional, knowledgeable and so patient with all of my questions. We will absolutely be using Able Plumbing for anything we need in the future.

I recently had a water leak in an upstairs bathroom. Able Plumbing came out and made the repair. A mistake was made, and the water leak was worse. Water damage was made to the downstairs ceiling below the bathroom. Juan, from Able, came out and made the proper repair and surveyed the damage. No argument from him. He called me the next day and had the drywall people lined up. All of the repairs and painting was done to our great satisfaction. He was personable and professional. He was easy to reach by phone or text and answered all of our questions as they came up. Every company can make a mistake. What the company does about their error is what defines the company. Chris, Juan and Able Plumbing stood by us, ensured us they would do the right thing, and they did. We will call them in the future when we have plumbing needs.

they sent a guy out who said the issue was the sediment trap despite the gas flowing, asked if this would fix the problem with the furnance not working, they said they do not know, decided to get a 2nd opinion from Prioty AC who determined the issue was the motherboard whihc they replaced and the unit is working properly. Not sure these guys know what they are doing.

They were effective at diagnosing the problems and replacing a seized compressor. Very accommodating to my schedule and great to work with.

Let me just start out by saying that I just bought my 1st house just shy of 2 months ago and bought it in an area that I'm not too familiar with. With that being said, when the heat began to creep up on us at the beginning of June, I started to notice that my house was only 77-78 degrees even when set at 70. So I called the title company to get my home warranty information. Of course, my realtor did not opt for it. Just my luck.. Had a good friend come out and check the system out. Turns out the unit was 1 Ton too small, head pressure was too high at 9 in the morning and only 83 degrees outside. So my google searching began. 'Dickinson A/C company', called a couple companies, had 1 come and give me a quote (30% higher than Vargas), the other company didn't call me back until 4 days later, I contacted Vargas Development thru HomeAdvisor early Saturday morning and received a call from Sam within hours. I've always heard nightmares about contractor companies and told myself i was not going to tell them I already had a buddy come and diagnose my problem, I just wanted to see if someone was gonna be honest with me or if they were $$$ hungry. After probably 5-10 minutes on the phone with Sam, I could tell he ran a tight ship, he didn't need to come see what area i lived in to see if he could raise the price, he didn't ask about other companies quotes, he didn't ask for an address, just asked house sq.ft. and how many returns were in the house. He was able to get me a quote over the phone, urged me not to replace my entire duct system until after we installed a bigger more efficient unit because he didn't want me to spend unnecessary money. Not only do you get the standard 10 year MFG. warranty on your unit but VARGAS DOES A 10 YEAR LABOR WARRANTY TO SWEETEN THE DEAL, and like i previously stated, I got a call from Sam, mid-day Saturday, agreed to move forward, signed the agreement, the furnace, and evaporator coil were dropped off Monday afternoon, and his crew was there 7:30 am Tuesday with the condenser and remainder of the parts. They were done with work, cleaned up, and had my house cooling by 1:00 pm. 5.5 hours start to finish. Oh and no job Vargas Development or Xpress does, starts until an owner of the company is present and able to over see the project. If you're looking for a great all around home contractor, from A/C to sheetrock, to roofing, to remodeling, do yourself a favor and call these guys. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the level of communication from the OWNERS. Not representatives. Not technicians. Not a secretary. It's hard to find a family oriented, trustworthy, and reliable company that isn't out to get rich off every job. Takes the stress of future projects off your shoulders knowing when you're ready, you can call a reliable contractor.

My wife was sick with COVID when our AC went out and and the guys at Xpress were super fast to respond and take care of the issue. They were able to diagnose, find parts (travelled all the way to Austin!), and install a whole new system in just a couple of days. Can't say enough about how great my experience was!

We had a new HVAC unit installed three months ago by Xpress Heating and Air. Last week the condenser wouldn't turn on. Sam sent a technician and he determined the problem was the condenser disconnect switch was broken. Although the switch was not part of the the new unit installed, and therefore not part of the warranty, Sam didn't charge us for the service call and diagnosis. It's very rare to get such great customer service these days.

Have you ever came home from work walked in the house and ran right into a wall of heat... well that was horrible but it gets better. I am so grateful that I made the right phone call To Xpress Heating and Air spoke with Sam... Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the AC business... He not only knew what we needed but was able to give us options in making the purchase ... Oh but that's not all Sunday night I had no air, Monday talked to Sam on the phone Him and his father came over to look at the job cause my AC unit is about 8 ft up off the ground on a platform.
Well guess what Sam said no worries... Tuesday had my unit ...ready to install on Wednesday morning 1pm it was done. As for everyone spending money on a new A/C unit, much less two is pretty painful. I’m a 3 to 5 quote kinda guy. These quotes went all the way up to $29,000. These guys came in at $14,000.
I got TWO CARRIER 3 ton units installed with new furnaces, new supply and return plentums. Initially, I was a little worried because he came in so low, but they showed up with the equipment just a few days after the quote, installed everything in one day. My house has never been so cold. I’ve waited a good two weeks to make this post. Would highly recommend them to any and all that will listen.

I would like to express my gratitude to Sam for saving the day. I was in the process of acquiring a new property in Seabrook, TX, and I was in search of a quote from a roofing and HVAC company. I had arranged for numerous companies to inspect the property, but they would cancel at the last minute as a result of Hurricane Byrle and emerging emergencies.
