Vu Tran from BVS did an outstanding job troubleshooting my A/C unit. I informed him that the outside unit(condenser) would start but kept shutting off before the temperature would reach setpoint that it would come back on while the indoor unit remained running. He cleaned out my sump pump and checked the pressures on the whole unit. Thank you Vu Tran for your GREAT work.

Amazing experience! Vu came out two days in a row to make sure our A/C was taken care of. The coil was frozen the first day, we were not charged a dispatch fee (as advertised), and when he returned today, he absolutely did his due diligence to diagnose and give us all of our options. I appreciate the transparency and up-front pricing for the services. Will definitely recommend to others and call back if/when we have A/C related needs in the future.

He is friendly and knowledgeable. Let's us know about improvements and suggest what is potentially needed for the system to run at peak efficiency. He even replaces the AC filter for my 84 year old mother.

Jamal with BVS Home Heating and AC Repair is very knowledgeable and thorough. He was able diagnose the issue with my AC and quoted me a reasonable price to repair my AC.

The technician went about his duties directly and in my expected time frame. Friendly and courteous, even handling small things such as sweeping up bits of insulation that fell during his climb into the attic. He also replacing our thermostat batteries and set it back to our original settings.
