This is a very reputable company. Within 2 days of calling they came to assess the problem, gave me options and allowed me time to research other provider bids. They were comparable and a lot quicker to schedule the work. In less than a week i had a new system which is a god send in Texas. Thank you for your prompt attention and simple explanations. You will be my go to for all my ac needs.

I am beyond satisfied with this company! We had noticed some questionable growth around my ac vents and were concerned that it was mold. We had a couple of companies come out to provide some quotes but I did not feel all that great about our interactions with them. We had to continue to call these other companies and follow up to even get the quotes sent over. One of the companies we called did not even come out to visually look at the system in person and provided a quote by simply asking how many vents my home had. I was not looking to have the ducts and vents cleaned, I was looking to have them all replaced. It was pretty clear these other companies were not putting in any effort to secure this job.
The experience we had with Home Total Comfort Solutions was COMPLETELY different. They sent someone out within a few hours of us calling. It was very clear that the gentleman that came out knew what he was doing and did a very thorough inspection of everything. He spent a great deal of time here answering our many questions and took the time to provide us with a comparable quote on site. I had complete confidence at that point that this was the company I wanted to use to get this job done and to get it done right. We accepted the quote and were very pleased that they could get started within a couple of days as there were many parts that needed to be ordered. They sent out a large enough crew to get what should have been at least a two job completed in one day. They went above and beyond to get this job done. To my surprise my entire home is now cooling efficiently which it has NEVER done since I purchased it many years ago. That says a great deal especially since I had two complete ac systems, one upstairs and one downstairs, installed approx a year and a half ago. I have always had parts of the house that did not really seem to cool well at all but now the airflow is consistent throughout my entire home. I highly recommend this company if you are wanting work done quickly, reasonably, and correctly. I will be using them moving forward for all of my HVAC needs! Definitely a 5 star company.

This is a company who truly cares about you and your home! We called on a Wednesday morning, Leonard came out that same morning. We had our new system installed and completed by 4pm the following day! The employees who installed our system were so polite, wonderful to our small children, and worked so efficiently. Don't go anywhere else but Total Comfort Solutions!!

Requested a quote with Leonard was super easy! He came by, accessed the furnace condition and saw there was a small fire, went through all the issues and gave many different scenarios of how we can go about taking care of this.
Sent us a few different quotes of different unit types and costs. I appreciate Leonard taking time to explain ALL OF IT! Never replaced total unit with A/C and furnace before, so due to costs I had plenty questions!
We went with a heat pump style unit and couldn't be happier! Cost, quick installation, and warranty was all on point! We had other quotes, but not the same customer service level we received from Leonard!
Gerardo, Miguel and Roger did a TERRIFIC job! Each was tasked with certain parts they were responsible for and this team worked efficiently with being so nice to us as well and cleaning during process of installation!

Came home to A/C leaking, and found drain pan in attic full of water. In a panic, I started calling for someone to come out at 9pm. BVS's answering service answered my call and then had the owner call me back immediately. Karen walked me through how to determine which unit was leaking so I would know which one to turn off since they could not get to me until the morning. The next morning Vu arrived and quickly got to work cleaning the clog and then educating us on the proper way to keep the line cleared. He also did a quick inspection of the 2nd unit to make sure we would not have a secondary issue. We are so very grateful for the quick response, the time to educate us and walk us through what needed to be done. You now have a new customer..

This was a great experience. I started calling at about 5 o’clock in the morning. I had a wonderful technician named Chris at my house at 10 and my house is already cooling before 11. He also took the time that I needed to explain to me all the different options from the least expensive, which is what I went with, lol, to the most expensive, which I’m probably gonna be stuck with some day. Having trouble with your AC in August in Texas is no fun but this experience made it easier.

We had an amazing experience! Just moved to the area and our ac stopped working on one of the hottest days with 2 under 2 at home. BVS was able to get a technician out in about an hour and get the house cooked back down shortly after. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Christopher English and his assistant, Chancey, wee professional and efficient in diagnosing the leak from the AC unit. Explained the problem clearly and provided a solution for fixing the leak without opening up the dry wall. Always grateful for trusted people like Christopher!
