Brian and JJ came out and within 10 minutes had figured out our problem and it was fixed! They were awesome, explaining everything and it was a simple fix. Can't say enough good things about these guys! Will definitely use them again if we need a plumber!

I live in Bellville. Our water heater went out so I called Sealy Plumbing early the next morning based on their positive reviews and informative website.
I sent a couple of pics and answered a few questions and Matt gave me a quote right on the spot. I was very happy when I was told they would make every effort to complete the job the same day, and that’s exactly what they did! Bryan and JJ did a great job in a very professional and polite manner, and also answered all of my questions. This company obviously knows what it is doing, and excels in customer service. Highly recommend.

We live in a small town out and away from everyone and found that we had a blockage in the main line from the house. We had JUST moved in and had not done anything (flushed anything) that would cause a blockage so we had no idea what was causing it. We couldn't use water, flush toilets, or anything because it would overflow on ALL drains. I called multiple plumbers and all said that they "didn't service this area".
I was SURE we had roots in the line because this was an older house and there were 2 big Live Oak trees in the front yard. After MULTIPLE calls to multiple plumbers, I ran across the number for Sealy Plumbing. I called and even with a big storm front about to push through, the man on the phone said his guys would be there in an hour and a half. Not only that but he quoted me some VERY good prices on initial services that would be done and some possible things that might need to be done.
Almost exactly to the minute, they were at my home. They investigated and found the external cleanout that I didn't know was there. They snaked it out and found that it wasn't MY lines but the cities lines that were blocked. To make things better, they stayed until the city workers showed up and instructed THEM on where the blockage was.
They were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. They found the problem VERY fast and even cleaned it out and got my problem solved while the city crew was still trying to get set up.
I would DEFINITELY recommend these guys and use them again when I have a plumbing issue. VERY fair prices and fast service is what I got.

I kept having drain issues and wish I would have got this done earlier because it finally flooded me out so I asked around and this place was the only place I didn’t get mixed opinions on. The tech Brian and supervisor Matt were straight forward/professional and the job was ridiculously clean considering all the digging and how technical it got. Very happy with the results out of them. Would recommend to anyone!

A company that I had previously used (for whatever reason) did not return my two calls for assistance with a blocked drain. Sealy Plumbing "picked up the phone" and were out here in about 3 hours.

Mr J.J. was a very personable gentleman who rapidly diagnosed, and deployed a drain auger. Within about 15 minutes there was the blessed sound of flowing water at the bottom of the sewer access point.

Based on this first experience: A-1 service, and a reasonable price for an emergency call-out.

One thing I meant to mention. I discovered, from today's experience, that they -- I quite understand why -- filter out "Private Caller" / anonymous calls. So use *82 (or whatever your system uses) to turn it off when making the call.
